I have a student double horn M. Jiráček A Synové, from Šaratice in Czech republic, it was made in the 90s with their own unique design (similar but better wrap imo than the King Heroica, but it was done independently).
That horn has the tail in a whole single pice like this one.

They could've been a significant player in today's horn market, but the materials and finishes of these early models were not the greatest.
Which is a shame because it sounds amazing. It allowed me to progress further and faster in my horn abilities because it was so much better than other student horns!
