Favorite Day Trips from Dublin

Mm another nice trip, by train from Dublin Heuston rail station, is one to Kilkenny. Quite a nice small city with an interesting Castle. Also and further along, on the same rail line, is Ireland's oldest city :Waterford. Famous for the Crystal. (I"m Irish BTW !)

Yes, you're right. Kilkenny is a great city and an easy train ride from Dublin.
