Our ancestors sent NO ONE to Ghana or Africa. Propaganda greed and fear did depending on who you are sent them. Most have come back, money stolen out of banks, over charged, and ostracized. If Ghana is so great, why aren't you there. Did you ancestors who sold slaves send you to Pennsylvania?

First Zion Lee, when I look at my bank account you don't deposit in it. Therefore you will never tell me how to think and it is you and those who think like you who is fast running out of luck! Black America is responsible for the support of Ghanaians or any other Africans coming here. But it is those Black Americans who are paying the price.
Yet you expect a celebration because of 1 individual getting a job? But they want you to bring opportunities to them. What opportunities are they bringing to the Black American community they are sent into? Give me a break, Black America is being drained dry, our kids pushed out of their own institutions for ONE SIDED PAN AFRICANISM. We see it and we are done with that! If that offends you or anyone else, guess what, I could care less.
Ghana needs to PROVIDE FREE HOUSING, FOOD STAMPS, WELFARE, CHILD CARE and COLLEGE. Then we can see some equality! until then 99.5% of Black people in the U.S. are not Pan Africans. Most of us are not brain drained enough to support ONE-SIDED PAN AFRICANESS does not matter that destroying our people.
My concern is MY PEOPLE, who come from my CHATTEL SLAVE ANCESTORS. If you can't understand that, I suggest you reevaluate your own humanity because most of African leadership missed the boat humanity! They have helped devastate opportunities for our people, yet Black Americans get excited about one position, PLEASE!

Congratulations chief. I picked up on something he said and want to note that. He said his fellow African Americans (AA) used to say that he was always with the Ghanaians. Hmmm, that tells me how isolated our AA brethren and sisters are isolating themselves and it is only a recipe for disaster if it continues like that. You guys have to start integrating into the communities if indeed you see us as family that we made effort to welcome back home and you have returned to. Such isolation will only breed the "them and us" situations in the future and will defeat the real purpose of your return as such can lead to rifts etc.
I acknowledge the start of integration will be challenging as both sides are going to start getting to know each other and certain differences might arise due to cultural differences, but with time, that will iron out to build a progressive community.
Open the doors and enter and don't be behind the wall and looking in. That will only breed suspicion and mistrust.
Let's hold hands and have fun and get to work at the same time.

In fact, why not create contents around that to engage both sides and see how optimistic both sides are in forging ahead with the integration. We will like to see them out of their comfort zones, live in the same households, neighbourhoods and communities with the locals to learn the culture including the languages and also to offer something the locals can learn from. It will be a huge opportunity to enrich our current cultural standards on both sides.
I will be watching the space for the contents. This should be the new revolution by all our TH-camrs.

Whilst walking along the beach to Elmina, what I saw made me so angry as I saw men, women and children squatting on the beach easing themselves. If there isn't any strong local leadership to ensure people poo in their houses, then we will always be back to the starting point. I love to walk along the beaches even though there are rocks on the beaches acting as sea defence.

It would be good if you guys would encourage your brothers and sisters in America to reciprocate that to the Africans living in America. Africans don't have a problem with African Americans as long as they don't bring learned negative western behaviors into the interaction. Africans are welcoming if you don't instigate trouble.

I know many people may not get your angle of spirituality when you say words like Yahweh. But you are actually speaking Twi or Akan when you say that. This leads me to recognise that you're a soul who's already connected the dots. Because, Yahweh is the God of Thursday in Akan. So, till this day, every boy born into the tribe on Thursday is named YAW or Kwa-Yaw or Kwaw. The word Kwa is work/worker. All together meaning "the servant of the God, Yahweh". The Females born on Thursday are named YAH. This because the Akan believe the female to be a representation of Yahweh, while the male is subject to Yahweh. By the way, the Akan God of Saturday, is AMEN. So yes the 'Amen' repeated after prayers is actually an Akan Deity.

OUR ancestors are jumping with glee to know that their children are returning to the motherland with the knowledge to develop the land and return it to its once glorious levels. Praise be to the ancestors and to God.

Glad to see Africans honouring black Americans in this huge way, they wouldn't have gotten this in America. Where they are treated like second class citizens but in Africa they are highly respected, appreciated, loved and honoured like kings and queens they really are. Congratulations 💐
