Thomas you are not alone I’ve battled depression for 30 years I’ve learned a lot of what helps to overcome it. You are moving in the right direction getting out and enjoying the outdoors riding bikes and making content, I moved from Massachusetts to California as a means to help myself. The winters in Massachusetts are probably almost as severe as Norway And long winters compound my depression, I do believe in geological cures! But it takes more than that having the right people in your life makes a huge difference and having a mission that gives your life a meaningful purpose is important. I pray Gods supernatural help into your life

Stay happy! It is nice to watch your content. You're a genuine person. And we all know there are always those darker moments. I appreciate that you talk about it. Hi from Sweden.
Thank you for the testimony. I see me in your words. It is not easy to know how to live. In one moment we are over the moon, and in the other we can be down. I find amazing how a motorcycle can be our medicine. There are other sources such as a bit of sport to make us feel powerful and relaxed. It also makes us better riders. Cheers from Portugal. Visit Portugal some day.
Hey Thomas, thanks for the video. I would recommend that you add an ultra lightweight camping chair to your camping outfit; adds a touch of civilization when you're out in the middle of nowhere.
Thank you, Thomas, for another great video. It takes a lot of courage to open up to strangers on the internet. However, those of us who have subscribed to your channel and watch each of your videos are not strangers, we are your friends. You are a special person which was evident from the very first video you posted. We fellow motorcyclists can certainly identify with the joy that riding a motorcycle brings you. It has been my passion for 55 years and still brings me unlimited joy every time I ride. I only wish we could get together here in Arizona and do some riding together. Please keep the videos coming. Your friend, Mark
It's very refreshing to watch how real you are, nothing fake. Life is not easy, and it is fun to see how this "outlet" has really fired you up and given you a counter-balance to the junk that gets thrown at you. Bravo!!
We're all human and usually things aren't always as good as videos show but I still love your style and enthusiasm. Saw a lot of frustrations during the mirror install video XD I lost my license last year getting a little too ambitious on a 120hp 636 and have been having a really rough year so watching your videos and seeing your enthusiasm helps. Keep it up.
We live in a golden age of helpful resources. I am mid way through the Tergar - Joy of Living program. It’s a graduated meditation course. I am finding it hugely beneficial. Hey, what luggage are you planning on getting? I recon the Kriega stuff would work pretty well.
@@seansixfive True, there are more resources now on mental health than ever 👍 For luggage I went the cheap route - Rhinowalk and Lomo. Seems fine (famous last words!) but I can tell it's not as sturdy as my Kriega 🎒 backpack (which doesn't fit me haha). 👍🏍️🎉
Life is hard, you spend your entire life figuring it out and then you die. Our modern life is complicated, I struggle with the same things and sometimes riding my bike even makes it worse. Because I feel guilty for not enjoying it more, its hard to be present when u are feeling down or the mood isnt there. I was planning to do a summer trip this year but returned home after one day, not in the right headspace for it.. good luck with your camping.
I hear ya, Kevin. Somerimes it just doesn't work as well. Well, I've learned that it's ok to have bad days. Try again tomorrow, u know? 👍 Thank you for watching 🙏
