Sir admission id form karke kuch hai kya, today i went to the office for activating/availing the JRF and they have said that I've to submit the admission id form which is available in ugc website (but I haven't found it) along with joining letter and jrf award letter. Please do respond Sir

No, now there is no such requirement. Earlier it used to be that you had to open an account in Canara bank.
Now you can use any of your existing account.

If you already enrolled in PhD and if you clear jrf post phd enrollment, then your fellowship will start from the day on which your jrf result was declared.

Depends on the university and your category.
Obc and SC/ST students ke liye. JRF ke alawa bhi kuch fellowships hoti hai
