Can you do a tutorial that shows how to initiate the Quickbooks column from the start. I’m not seeing where that is a function with the initial integration with Monday and Quickbooks. Thank you!

Are you able to automate/populated line items from other board and/or from a previous monthly invoice? We have multiple monthly invoicing from the same clients with different line item but typically each client has their same line items each month. We want to avoid having to actually create the line items every month. Additionally, our billable hours come from yet another source/board which we would like to populate into the invoice. Possible?
Hey Edward, Yes that's possible, though fairly complex to set up. Typically you'd want to set all that information under a client profile board, where you set the "default settings" for each invoice. It's a pretty advanced automation, but it's possible, and I've done it half a dozen times with the added complexity of time tracking.
Absolutely! The logic is pretty much the same, most payment processing platforms (Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe) have the same format/layout for creating invoices, so it's not that much work to plug in a different system and have it fully integrated.
