I think because there are other languages in our world other than English, and people do speak in those languages, and even sing songs in those languages from time to time. I think it is a bit sad to think that a Dutch band would need to conform to some standard and sing their songs in English. As far as "no one can follow..." seems to me the thousands of people at this concert and the hundred thousand views the video received so far tell a different story. Sorry if I sound snarky, but yours is the kind of comments that are really myopic and irritating. Seriously?
@@jamiebertram9744 true but name 10 people who can speak Dutch that are world people ...not likely ...it is obscure little know language ..just impolite to the rest of us to have to try and figure it out.
@@bluesky5587 That's fair, i think the reason is that as a dutch band, they are better able to express themselves in their native language. I am too dissapointed that they do not write more english material, because it makes it more difficult to share it with some of my forreign friends. It is however still a beautifull song.
