Why dont you like Beat? He can permastun if placed next to chainer, their Ultimates stuns for 2 sec and can recharge fast whit UltCooldowns, try Chainer-Beat-Plugie, he stuns 1s more whit her Ult so, less damage compared whit Mort but it helps to make work the permastun strat.
