Handouts and developmental aid is another and the list is long. We need to learn to fish and not depend on the fish sent to us. Good political leadership provide the right environment for entrepreneurship to flourish. God gives us Power to get wealth . Deut 8:18. This statement from God is true even in bad political leadership. The wealthy do not become wealthy by handouts or because they are saved. They work, put in correct efforts( power to get wealth) in the right way, right place and direction. Interestingly, this does depend on your effort and not whether your are a saved Christian . I also agree w/ the writer, during slavery, that was the ultimate the slave masters was getting something for nothing. The slaves wasn't paid for their labor, & yes slaveowners & their families has been prosperous on the back 9f the black slaves that worked w/ out getting compensated for it. My reality is not just part of my thinking it’s also the fact I chose to raise my own children and I’m a single mother with my ex husband and ex partners left me had affairs etc so that means I can’t work full time and earn as much as others. I chose not to put my kids in the childcare system to be raised by strangers. So I had to go with out to have my children. When are the single mums who sacrificed their lives for kids going to be blessed more ? I give to charities to children who are disabled for their medical treatments and much more. And I’ve had people steal thousands is dollars from me.
There are things you can put your hand to work to even with children, I’m a single parent of an autistic boy and praise God the Lord shows me what to do, and he wants to do the same for you just ask him!

I've been tremendously blessed by Andrew Wommack's ministry for years. However, I don't agree that it's wrong to get quick riches. That is a very general statement and it depends on WHO receives the windfall and the HEART of the one who receives it. The Bible also talks about the guys who had the talents (coins) and the one who invested his talents pleased his lord and received a good return. My husband and I have invested in something and are about to receive an incredible return. We have already put together a long list of everyone and every source we plan to bless along with anonymously blessing those who will have no idea who it's from and will ONLY be able to give the glory to God. So it's not always wrong to gain wealth quickly, but it IS wrong (in my opinion) to teach that it's wrong without knowing the heart of the one who prayed for quick wealth and invested properly in order to get a return in order to bless others.
Investment is not getting something for nothing. Andrew invests actually. He never taught that investment is wrong. He's against welfare when you are absolutely capable of working. He's also against gambling, lottery, communism ie taking from the rich and giving it to people who wouldn't work for a living. If an investment your husband and you has made brings you a great returns, I think that's a blessing from God (unless you've invested in something wrong).

How about listening to the part where he speaks that it is a blessing to give rather than take. The young man to whom Jesus spoke knew that the young man loved his wealth and would rather stay as he is rather than give and become as the LORD wills for Him. It is definitely not applicable to Jesus' disciples because Jesus knew that none except one loved money. Another thing to note is the difference between poor people and beggars. There is a massive difference between the two. Hope you can agree.

My reality is not just part of my thinking it’s also the fact I chose to raise my own children and I’m a single mother with my ex husband and ex partners left me had affairs etc so that means I can’t work full time and earn as much as others. I chose not to put my kids in the childcare system to be raised by strangers. So I had to go with out to have my children. When are the single mums who sacrificed their lives for kids going to be blessed more ? I give to charities to children who are disabled for their medical treatments and much more. And I’ve had people steal thousands is dollars from me.
There are things you can put your hand to work to even with children, I’m a single parent of an autistic boy and praise God the Lord shows me what to do, and he wants to do the same for you just ask him!

What if we did all what is to be done, worked for more than forty years, put our money in the bank for our retirement, cuz we don’t have any pension plans in our country (LEBANON), (my son worked hard in foreign countries as well and saved his money here) and then ALL what we have saved is lost because of the corrupted and bad political figures and people in authority 😢 and now we r at an age that we can’t work and we need the money!!!!!! This is not a result of bad decision we have taken!!!!!!!?????? I know it is not God’s desire and plan for us but if I can find an answer to that ..................🙌🏼

I've been tremendously blessed by Andrew Wommack's ministry for years. However, I don't agree that it's wrong to get quick riches. That is a very general statement and it depends on WHO receives the windfall and the HEART of the one who receives it. The Bible also talks about the guys who had the talents (coins) and the one who invested his talents pleased his lord and received a good return. My husband and I have invested in something and are about to receive an incredible return. We have already put together a long list of everyone and every source we plan to bless along with anonymously blessing those who will have no idea who it's from and will ONLY be able to give the glory to God. So it's not always wrong to gain wealth quickly, but it IS wrong (in my opinion) to teach that it's wrong without knowing the heart of the one who prayed for quick wealth and invested properly in order to get a return in order to bless others.
Investment is not getting something for nothing. Andrew invests actually. He never taught that investment is wrong. He's against welfare when you are absolutely capable of working. He's also against gambling, lottery, communism ie taking from the rich and giving it to people who wouldn't work for a living.
If an investment your husband and you has made brings you a great returns, I think that's a blessing from God (unless you've invested in something wrong).

How about listening to the part where he speaks that it is a blessing to give rather than take. The young man to whom Jesus spoke knew that the young man loved his wealth and would rather stay as he is rather than give and become as the LORD wills for Him. It is definitely not applicable to Jesus' disciples because Jesus knew that none except one loved money. Another thing to note is the difference between poor people and beggars. There is a massive difference between the two. Hope you can agree.
