Yes you can put blue colour Swastik on the NNE zone either by drawing or taking out print. Please note that Swastik will do its job irrespective, but it will be more impactful if it is drawn the right way

The pandits make this Swastik either from up to down or down to up without crossing Brahm line. But here u are showing all lines finishing at Brahm lines. This confused me. Every scholar must draw similar Swastik and not different one.
