He listened carefully and said it sounded like a common cold. He recommended a medicine that could help relieve my symptoms. He handed me a box of medicine and explained how to use it. He told me to read the instructions carefully before taking it. He also mentioned possible side effects, like feeling sleepy, so I should avoid driving. He reminded me to drink plenty of water and get some rest. I thanked him and bought the medicine. Back home, I took the medicine as directed. I rested on the couch with a warm blanket. I had a cup of herbal tea. After a while, I started to feel better as the medicine began to work. My nose wasn't as runny, and I wasn't sneezing as much. Later that evening, my friend Sarah called to check on me and told me to take care of myself. She suggested that I see a doctor if I didn't improve. By bedtime, I was feeling better. I was glad I went to the pharmacy and got some help. I hoped that a good night's sleep would help me recover. The next morning, I felt more energetic, and my symptoms had lessened. My nose was less stuffy, and I wasn't sneezing as much. I realized it's important to pay attention to my health and seek help when needed.
