I would like to share with all the members and prospective members, that pls. don’t get into the trap of Karma Group Executives, who sells these memberships with fake promises while interacting with you. Membership ID: 1114358 Name: Sidhant Shishodia Mobile: +91-8130886844 I visited Karma Resort Sitabani (India) during summers of July’23. Wherein I was pitched with membership. I paid 10% advance to them as they (Mr. Vikas Singh Mobile - 6398964962) told that the amount is refundable within 30 Days, if you are not comfortable. After I come back to my place, I requested them to discontinue further and asked for my refund, as membership was still inactive, it activates after 25% amount paid to Karma. After running pillar to pole with them on Customer Care, Their Sales Reps. are nonresponding and denying my phone calls. Their collection desk in Bangalore is high inefficient and not at all customer friendly. Totally, got trapped with their false narratives. After 8 months of rigorous follow-ups, I again visited them on 25th Feb’24 and met their Sales Rep. (Mr. Vikas Chauhan Mobile 8955214809), who took written application and gave signed acknowledgement that amount will be refunded without GST. Their office in GOA will connect with me in 2-3 days. I didn’t receive any call from Goa till now. I’m mentally harassed by Karma Group from last 8 months with their false narratives. Sharing this post here, to make all prospective clients aware on their falsely claimed positive customer support and wrongly manipulated sales pitched during interaction (Hiding Non-Refundable Clauses). No, only below 10 years child can accommodate with you above 10 you have to book a seperate cottage or hotel unit
