This may be a book, sorry about that.... Anyways, I love these videos! I greatly enjoy seeing the faces of the people I have been working with for years but never met. I have used more than a few brands of plastic over the years and when I ran across your channel and saw the dead on review video I decided to give them a try, in the first 4 gallons I was hooked (no pun intended) and have not looked back. I may just be a garage bait maker who sells at the farmers markets and swap meets but I have regular customers who drive well out of their way to pick up baits and it really is down to quality and customization I give them. None of which would be possible without Dead On and Angling AI. It may sound like I am fanboying here, and that is because I am. Even ignoring the top quality products the customer service alone would have kept me coming back.

excellent, as a physician I think the things noted are extremely important. Also knowing the ratios to get the neutral buoyancy are important. Excellent work. Ask me any question I may be able to help since I am retiring from medicine as an internal medicine specialist. Listening to the worker at Dead-On and his respiratory problems are all consistent with reactive airways disease, quite common in the general population. Once triggered it can react to cold air, dry air, smoke, perfumes, and anything that can cause the airways to react. This is not related to allergies and in fact testing for these will usually be negative. It is easily treatable once the dx is made

Hard to pick a favorite blend as I make so many different types of baits, I don't like adding softners or hardners so I have a good variety of blends. Once you start using the appropriate formula and feel the finale bait you appreciate the ease Dead on has created for the home bait maker. I have used several different brands and enjoy not having to add stabilizer or softners. Dead on for the win! GO BRADY!

Thanks for the tour, great work they are doing, I'm just wondering if this plastic is clear enough for me ?
I'm just gathering supplies to pour my own baits, i want my plastic to be clear though, not milky looking, i will be using a vacuum chamber, some of my baits will be opaque ish but most of what i'll be doing is transparent with light tints, i want to be able to see through them clearly with no cloudy/milkyness , i watched alot of your vids & have taken alot of your advice , looks like this plastic is very forgiving to work with, I just haven't seen you make clear baits with this plastic, light transparent oranges, pinks, red colors with some interference, color shift etc...can you do a video on something like that ?

    Hummm now I see.
The last 2 bottles of DOP plastic I got sat on the shelf for a couple weeks before they got used.
One had about 1/2 the bottle settle/separate and the other had about 2 inches settle in the bottom.
Had a problem with that bottle.
Guessing there is settling going on in those drums as it's being pumped out!
Wish mine had looked like the ones on the shelf at 28:10!
Good plastic though, will be buying more.

Is it just me or not. Ever since I made the switch from brand X to D.O.P. my swim baits appear to be softer. I noticed that cooking the plastisol was a little quicker and became a clear liquid at a little lower temp. Not saying brand X is bad. I am sold on DOP. Can't wait to try DOP with hand pours.
