1st Situation: After my graduation, I took a 3 years career break. In this duration I was preparing for Govt jobs. Unfortunately, I didn’t get those Govt jobs. But in those 3 years I have learnt to be persistent and focused. No, to upskill my knowledge, I have learnt software testing in Selenium. I can definitely say being persistent and being focused, those skills I can add to any job and that will definitely help the organization to grow. I am ready to take any commitment and I am looking forward to work in any organization.
2nd Situation: After my MBA I got married. Because of my family responsibilities and my kids, because they were my first priority I could not work I did not search for job. But now my kids are grown up and my family are full enough to take care of my kids now I am ready to take any commitment. Infact, in those 7 years or my family life I have learnt how to be disciplined, how to be focused and how to manage time. I am definitely sure that being disciplined, being focused and managing time will help me here as well. After my 7 years of family break, I have learnt Power BI, I have excelled in this skill. And I can do any task related to Power BI. I am definitely looking for a good opportunity. Where I can also grow and I can also help the organization with my services and my skills to grow as well.
3rd Situation: After my post-graduation I joined this banking company in the sales team. In these 3 years, I have improvised marketing skills and communication skills. I have learnt how to sell products and services. After my 3 years of banking sales experience then I realized that I can do great in IT as well. That is when I realized AWS and DevOps are definitely a niche or a domain that interest me more. I have learnt AWS and DevOps, I have done some real-time projects also. Now I am ready to take any commitment any challenges and I am very much sure that with my Marketing, communication and the Technical skills that I have learnt in these 2 years also will help me to grow as an individual at the same time give my 100% for the growth of the organization as well.

Mam i have a 1 year education gap between my BSc and MCA now i am 2023 passed out of MCA .now i am facing interviews.what should i say about the gap.its because of i wasn't attempt the entrance exam for MCA and management seat is High paid.so that i had prepared hard to get a university seat , unfortunately i didn't get university but i get free seat in private college.How should i frame this?!?!
Good morning mam , mam present iam in degree 1st year and done 10th and intermediate including this 1st year(2022) of my degree in open University only mam . So completely iam doing distance education only ( open ) mam . Please give me the suggestion regarding the next step to take in meen while like coaching weather to go for technical coaching ( which cource to take ) and non-technical ( which cource to take ) before completion of my degree because i have free time these three years to gain knowledge for the better future .
