How to Connect the John Deere Mid Mount AutoConnect Mower Deck - Short Version!

Short video showing all the steps to connect your mid-mount mower deck to the John Deere compact tractor. Mine is a 2021 model year 2025R tractor, and a 54D mower deck (2018 model year), but the steps and tips can work for other decks too!
Here they are in summary:
Use level surface, rubber mats under deck, unlock the casters, grease the shaft, move PTO lever to rear PTO.
Raise the 3 pt lever so you can turn the mower deck knob to On/Off
Lower the 3pt lever, pull down on the mid-pto shaft, check the latches.
Put tractor in FWD, drive over the deck slowly, rubbing the inside of the left front tire on the rub rail, check alignment, pull up on the 3pt lever to connect the deck!!
