Most importantly, I have been learning about data types, fields and option sets but never learned about the backend workflows, file manager, app data etc which are available on bubble. I want to know what are the use cases of them. It would be great if you create a video about that.

Great question! My go-to place for help is always the Bubble community forum: forum.bubble.io I always wanted to create my own forum, but the Bubble forum truly has the best community in one place. Hope this helps!
In the data source when you choose "items until #" it will not allow me to type and enter a numeric value such as "Items until #1". That is the only problem with this tutorial I am facing.
That does seem strange. After you type in the number 1, instead of pressing enter, can you just try and click away. This might help validate the expression. Hope this helps!

hello L.K your tutorials alone has made me a pro😨 A quick question...... Using the bubble api to detect request data, is that dynamic? will the 'detect request data' eg payments be handled well ? suppose many users are subscribing or creating a checkout item at the same time
Appreciate it! So glad they've been able to help 🙌 If you're looking to automatically fetch data from a service when it provides an update, it'll need to have what's known as a webhook. A web hook does exactly what you described. For example, Stripe has a webhook to detect if a user unsubscribed from a subscription. When it's triggered, it can send a message to your Bubble app, then you can run a workflow based on that action. Hope this helps!
