I have a TC 15-head Ricoma Embroidery machine for 3 years. I simply don't know where to start. I would appreciate you could make a video or give me a link if you have made any prior video on it. I also purchased Hatch Embroidery digitized software but yet to start learning it. You are simply great. God bless you and give you a lot of success to you and your son. 😊🤗

Hello. Off the subject. But. If still with the equipment with unable to repair screw. Two methods; Light application of glue or lightweight tape to fit screw head to provide temporary catch for screwdriver, 2) purchase super socket attachment from Lowes/Home Depot/Amazon for small power drill or battery drive screwdriver. Super socket attachment retails $6.88- 8.99. Good luck.
