Shirley gets better as she ages. Saw her at the Batley Variety Club in 1972 and have NEVER forgotten how hard she worked to entertain us all for the best part of three hours with only a quick change of clothes and a 10 minute break. Absolutely Magic and even better now 46 years later. No wonder the Queen made her a Dame.What a Woman and a great credit to Wales.
