A true golden age for nintendo games! Metroid Prime, Wind Waker, Mario Sunshine, Star Fox Adventures... all phenomenal! The Gamecube was severely underrated.

They just don’t make enough games anymore (which is crazy since now they’ve collapsed their home console market with their handheld).

We have Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, Splatoon 3, Fire Emblem Engage, Pikmin 4, etc.
2002 was a remarkable year for gamecube just look at the amazing exclusives released that year. Resident evil zero, Metroid prime, Eternal darkness, Starfox adventures, Super mario sunshine, Super monkey ball 2, Animal crossing, Mario party 4 and Zeld the wind waker. That was because at the time fans were looking for a more serious and realistic Zelda game. The animated cartoony they saw at the trailer and at launch look childlike and force the fan base to love or hate the Wind waker

It had this little clip where they contrasted Skate or Die to BMX XXX and the quote was like, "gaming sure has come a long way". I remember now, the DVD was called "Shine Get!" based on the yet-to-be-perfectly-localized Mario Sunshine demo on the show floor. 2002. 20 years ago now. Just wow. Everything was so different. I wanna go back to those days so bad.

Amazing library, Third party support, one of the best controller, doesn't take too much space, the cheapest console of the generation, playing all GB,GBC,GBa games, many great multiplayer games (local)... All thing that the WiiU is lacking (well most of them). This console didn't deserve to fail miserably like that. It's our fault Nintendo went with that Wii shit...
