We've had ours for a couple weeks and love it. The only problem we've had is you have to keep an eye on the pellets as I've had the auger run dry with the chamber quite full. The purchasing experience was horrible at Lowe's and we found out it was damaged upon assembly. Blackstone customer service has been awesome though. All in all its a game changer to easily smoke something before you throw it on the griddle. I smoked some burgers the other night while throwing bacon and onions on the griddle then searing them, well with it.
I'm interested in your comment @imaginerravelsGD, the problem with the auger running dry was because it was damaged in assembly? I'm looking to purchase one for my husband.
@Swit70 I don't think it has anything to do with the shipping damage. I have just been keeping a stick next to it to stir down the pellets. All in all I love the combo.
The only way I ever do steaks or thick chops anymore is throwing them on my 10 year old Traeger and smoking them at the lowest temp until they reach 100 degrees and then pull them off and throw them on my screaming hot Blackstone for 2 minutes a side. Very interested in this!
My husband has a 36" Blackstone. But, I'm looking to buy him a pellet smoker. We're in love with Blackstone products but I'm hearing a lot of negative reviews. My husband would swear it's because it came from Lowe's. He's team Home Depot.
I LIKE IT! 4:41 I think the shelf should’ve been a few inches longer cause the handle might be in the way, but I’d still buy one. Never smoked anything before but the food you showed had me 🤤🤤🤤
My process that I do is: push in turn and it starts igniting and hold it there for around 10 seconds. Sometimes, depending on how cold it is, it won't light the first time and will need another round. I can see the frustration, but when I was informed it's really the safety mechanism, it makes sense to me. That thermocouple has to hit a certain temerature for the burner to stay lit, if it doesn't it consideres that light to be a fail and to not light, thus not dumping a lot of propane and causing an issue.

The Flat Top King had the same problem with the auger not working right for him too. I wanted to get this but I think I will pass.

Can you pull down the cover on the pellet grill with the additional heating racks extended? Product looks great.

Looks great. Gotta try.
You did good...excellent presentation.
Where’d you get the Cheerwine clock?! Great video btw
Wouldn't stay at temp or stay consistent. I returned it, I'll wait for some retooling and I will look at it again in a year or so.
Can someone post a guide to connect the grill to the Blackstone Connect app? There are zero instructions anywhere.
Nice walk around, Hussey👍😊
Thanks so much, Bobbi!
Can you grill a steak in the smoker chamber?
My blackstone pizza oven seems to never wanna ignite with the knob, i always have to use a torch. Any suggestions?

How much is this BadBoy?
It's a Lowe's Hardware exlusive and I believe around $1199.
Nice ❤
Thank you!
Looks awesome but a little $$$
There's a lot there for that coin though!
Ah dude I've found the upgrade to my 28in
It's a great unit so far my friend! Thanks for watching!
Get a better camera person. That made me nauseous.
Slow down with all the camera movements. It got me nauseous. It don’t make you look cool, show’s the lack of experience
