Ok man, working, i can restore without iTunes show error -1, an the imei and ICCID is come again, but now, no read any simcard :( only show me, no service, i think that i broke the card reader :/ any suggestion bro?
OK .. if you have sim reader issue it should shows no sim message but if you have Network antenna issue it shows no network or no service.please check carefully in setting (If you put too much heat on baseband ic some times it shows like this). please check with right service provider sim card and don't forget to check all network cable on the board ..make sure all are connected..if you have anymore question plz ask.. thanks

Let him try but if he says he can change new baseband chip then don't give him for fix because If you replace Baseband chip the phone won't work because baseband chip is made for IMEI so We can't use new one .. if Baseband chip is faulty you have to do reballing then should be fine

Yes error 9 also causes from Nand chip so don't try hardware solution first.. try to restore iphone from different computer with offline mode.. if is still same then try from hardware.. in hardware solution you need to reball nand chip or if you have new chip and chip programmer machine you can try with new other wise just repair old one then try again..thanks

IC = integrated circuit, the liquid used is solder flux. If you're asking such questions, you probably not have enough knowledge (yet) to risk yourself attempting such reflowing operation. At least I wouldn't advise doing so.

Louis Lee after cleaning the chip you can use soldering iron to stick back metal cover .

I normally used 450 F/C for Chip repair...but you can use 350-400 only because it depends how quick you can do work..

It takes only 15-20 sec max.. don't put more than that otherwise it will damage Baseband chip..
