@kamilierikos "o pergamos" is called "bergama zeybegi" and "aydin zeybegi" and "caktim caktim yanmadi" in different regions in turkey, and the name "menemen zeybegi" is not used any more...

Unfortunatelly it is not originally greek dance...it should not be forgetten that turks and greeks shared a common life during 900 years... Greeks are crying like turks...are funning like turks..we are eating same foods...we still love you my greek friends
The people that inhabited the minor Asia area have been of Greek origin for thousands of years. It wasn't easy to move to other locations up until the mid 1950s. During the ottoman rule for different reasons many people decided to take on Islam. So in that sense it is common culture
@kamilierikos i am a researcher too, and in turkey there are many zeybek and karsilama tunes in different time measures changing from very slow to very fast i.e. 9/2, 9/4, 9/8 and even 9/16. they are much and much faster than aptalikos.
The Zeibecks were not Turkish or Greek or Bulgarian! They were (are) a separate ethnic group from Thraki which were forced to migrate to your country by the Bulgarians long before there was Turkey. (You forget that your country is not 100 years old yet ... Only in 2024!)
