I noticed they sell tix for just the tram, just the sky terrace, and both. If you purchase just the tram ticket does that mean you won't get a decent viewing area?
If you just get the tram ticket you won't be able to access the Sky Terrace.
The Sky Terrace offers the best unobstructed view of Hong Kong, but there are other spots with good (if not as good) views, namely at the foot of the Peak Tower, along Lugard Road, at the gazebo next to the Peak Tower, and at the top of the Peak Galleria (I think that's the name, it's the mall across from the Tower).

Yes, we departed on time! But their check-in counters open 3hrs before your scheduled flight. And, they’re very strict with the baggage.

Yes, based from our experience, all fares namin for the day (bus/train), nag rereflect in total by midnight.
