In Pakistan they do surgery every day on the roads and sideways using swords!
Dude have you seen some of the Pakistani Truck repair videos.... They use hammers for everything especially on things you should never hammer. I have no doubt they use these scissors for surgery and if you are lucky they wash them off before your surgery
