Boy Abunda emphasized the present tense, making it clear this is about Kathryn now, not the past. Alden said what they have is deep. Deep in what sense? It’s clearly more than friendship. When asked if Kathryn knows his feelings, he replied, ‘I think so.’ Feelings of what? Liking her, admiring her, and wanting something more-maybe as a girlfriend or even a future wife. He also said Kathryn is both in his heart and mind (‘Nasa pareho’), and that he sees a great deal of himself in her. These words leave no doubt-Alden’s feelings are genuine, and there’s something special between them. For us fans, this is more than enough to hold on to.

Kaya hindi niya kailangan madaliin si Kathryn na sagutin siya. At si Kathryn naman siguro ang sunod na hahanapon niyang lalake ay yung pangmatagalan na at husband material.
