QUANSHENG UV K5 (8) FULL 10-11 METERS CONVERSION

With this particular conversion, the radio will no longer operate in VHF or UHF no matter what firmware is uploaded. Hardware internals are fully modified changing filters for 10 and 11 meter band operations without incorrect harmonics.
The maximum power is 5 watts.
Note this radio wasn't designed for HF operation but this is the closest to a successful modification.
In the video, the radio is connected to a 6 elements 10m / 11m yagi antenna. No RF amplifier was used.
