I just find it sad considering that Ningguang existed on release and her dps out put is CRAZY compared to other charakters around that time, but her prime time was completely overlooked
Yea it’s unfortunate. I know I overlooked her because I was waiting to get more constellations for her but here I am in 2024 and I still only have a C1 ningguang 🤣
@@taiyuuji123 Same, each region has a 5-star character besides the archon, that has the same element as the archon, that has equal importance/power over the region in some way, or is the leader of some sort of group that looks over matters in the country (Jean for Mondstadt as the Acting Grand Master of the Knights, Yae Miko for Inazuma as the shrine maiden of the Narukami Shrine, Alhaitham for Sumeru as the head sage of the Akademiya, Neuvillette in Fontaine as the Head Justice). All these nations have this in common except for Liyue, in which Ningguang would have been a perfect fit (even her burst animation is unique from all the 4 stars). I heard rumors once that she was actually a 5-star in the closed beta tests before genshin came out, but then they nerfed her for some reason :(
based on what i read on the comments before, it shouldve been keqing who is going to be a 4 star instead of Ningguang but due to having only Noelle as a 4 star geo then they decided to "downgrade" her for accessibility. same goes for barbara for being a healer.
My favorite Ningguang team is Ningguang, Xilonen, Furina, Yelan. It's honestly really comfy. That being said, my Ningguang is C6 with 9/8/9 talents and a level 90 Lost Prayers so she's a little bit more invested than this one but the overall team still runs very smoothly. I think you might really enjoy giving it a try if you revisit Ningguang in the future :)
FINALLY A CC THAT HATES XIANGLING 😭 I could probably like clear alot more of the Abyss and do everything else with Bennett Xiangling Xinqiu and Sucrose but i hate all of them (maybe not sucrose that much but her skill and burst are literally the same thing but different size) I really like lynette but i like too many characters to add her to the team so im lookng forward to the next vid 😭 Got a new sub 🦅🦅
Love seeing ningguang getting some attention :) She's been my main since I started! Triple crowned and C6! She's really better than a lot of people think, my ningguang clears more comfortably than most of my 5 stars
Yea I was surprised at her damage output at the level investment I got to during this video. I want to showcase what she can do on the future once I have more investment and C6
Yea it actually took me a little bit to get used to her walk canceling. I’m not sure if this is real or not but I found going from walk canceling normals to doing a charged attack works better if I let go of the walk button. At first I was messing up a lot and ningguang would just be standing there doing nothing while I’m trying to charged attack until I started letting go of the walk button when going into them.

For real though. My theory is that she was intended to be a 5 star originally but then at some point they downgraded her.
