Your video was only one i could find on "how to" make this. Mine came out pretty good, although had trouble with balloons under skirt, showing through. Only had 6 layers.
@@BalloonMarket thank you , coz am using them as part of my balloons ,but mostly as single helium filled balloons till now i find them good for the price they have and good quality too .
