There's nothing like role played arguments in minecraft to make you feel just so incredibly uncomfortable.
I honestly think tubbo is genuinely uncomfortable. I think he is fed up with the lore. He said it many times that he's not into it and that he represent himself as him and not as a persona. I remember when I was watching him in smp earth, he was just hanging out with the other streamers and was having a good. After that he said that he wanted to be liked as him not only for the content he make but his true personality. it's honestly nice thing to watch it was so chill. It's kinda sad cause after this argument he said that he's so "lored out". Hope he doesn't force himself into something that he doesn't really wanna do as it can damage you as a streamer.
@@marygracepagdanganan2548 I'd have to disagree with you here, I think the concern is really sweet of you and some streamers arent into the roleplay but I don't think he appeared to be genuinely frustrated. During the moments he broke character he'd be laughing, describing it as fun and games and said it was his favorite type of roleplay which is the improvised stuff over the heavily planned stuff since he thinks he's not as good at it and he likes the random comedy. I think overall though as a person he would know when to put his foot down as well as having plenty of close friends doing this with him that are there for him so I don't think anyone has to worry :)
@@aleet8704 I definitely saw discomfort in Tubbo's body language while arguing with Quackity. And I also think that he tried to put his foot down multiple times, but Quackity kept pushing the points.

It's funny how Tubbo begins to explain himself like 500 times and, every time, Quackity cuts him off asking him to explain himself.

welp, I've already commented on this video. Well upon rewatch, I actually have a lot of cool things to say :). First off, Tubbo's builds are amazing. Second of all, this is a great place to see Tubbo actually hold his ground; trying his best to protect something he had built and not being manipulated by anyone - its a testament to how much he's grown as a person. But then, the thing that hits more for that is his conversation with Ranboo for sure. He's opened up about being executed, about his deepest trauma from the server - and that's super important because of the level of trust they have - but its another testament to his growth too. However, there's still a BUNCH of repression there because in truth he WASN'T ok with being executed. He forgave Technoblade so long ago - but the reason Tommy continued to fight him was because Tubbo would hold onto this for life. And he DOES, having it as the motivation to kill Technoblade, repeatedly bringing it up in the Green festival, talking down Quackity for it...it's not just burn marks like he says, and he's definitely not alright like he says :(. But the maturity that comes from him when he says "Right and wrong depends on which side you're on." really says how much he understands the nature of all the events around him - and that is very admirable :).
Tubbo litterly could have just said 'listen Quackity,I'm going to make this simple. I have nukes,my wall is ending where it is and were going to wrap it back. So...tear down your wall and leave me alone' and Q would've had too. character and creator.
Edit: I have finished the whole VOD and Tubbo discreetly mentioning nukes is a fabulous way to go about that situation.
You know Tubbo also could've mentioned that none of the bad stuff would have happened if Quackity didn't side with Schlatt.
Yeah, I get where both sides are coming from and I'm glad Tubbo waited as long as he did to reveal his hand (if at all) because Quackity in this scenario is already hyper-paranoid to begin with and was shown especially here to be looking for something to take issue with if he could.
For me who saw it from Foolish's perspective while live first, it was very interesting seeing how all the denizens are basically fully under Quackity's control (which also lead to this impromptu stream) so much so that it seems they might be willing to do almost anything at this point. (Probably not killing Michael though since at least two of them have cannonical children). And in the end on Foolish's view Quackity becomes 10× more paranoid than before and might be rearranging sections of the story because of this (hidden bases, More recruits, severe terrain building).
Tldr: While having trump cards, it pays not to kick an angry dog. Because even if you have a gun to put it down it'll go down swinging in the meantime.
Not saying that Quackity is in the right moreso that I feel bad for the denizens who are just blindly following orders

I see Ranboo has adopted Techno’s “Halloooooooo” from living with him. Subtle, but a nice touch in his character
Tommy and Wilbur are building a little outpost by Las Nevadas and Ranboo and Tubbo are building a fortress by Las Nevadas. I love how I don't think either knows that the other is taking station by Las Nevadas.

He used Foolish's death as leverage to make Foolish join him- that's not a good person thing to do. He used Tommy's death to black ball Sam into a corner- that's not a good person thing to do. He literally goes into the prison to torture Dream to "make him feel the suffering he inflicted on others" with no remorse- that's not a good person thing to do. He manipulated Fundy into joining, possibly with the least evil method (assuming he's not responsible for Fundy's nightmares) but it was still manipulative knowing Fundy's previous history with being manipulated. And then using Slimecicl to spy on others... I could literally write an essay on how Quackity is a classic villian in this arc. Including citations.

I mean, I think Tubbo has a good point here. Quackity never set Las Nevadas boundaries or boarders. Tubbo has a right to build there, it isn’t Quackity land.
But for a person that watched more of Quackity’s POV, and this opinion is probably biased, Quackity definitely has the right to feel offended. For Quackity, he just built this big country in a place nobody claims their land, but then Tubbo builds a “cookie outpost” that looks like a military base or something, and threatens Quackity with NUKES. He has the whole server to build this and he decides to build it in front of Las Nevadas.
So I think Quackity has a good reason to feel offended and talk to Tubbo about boundaries (no offense to people that disagree my opinion is biased because I watched mostly Quackity’s POV

Ikr, I think Quackity would've been in the right here if he had placed some signs maybe to mark their territory in the first place. This is not biased I know how Quackity feels about this situation too but this is just my opinion.

This is a border dispute tubbo is building a cookie outpost outside Las Nevadas , blocking any further expands of Las Nevadas , Quackity have a border dispute with wilbur too so i think the most good idea is Tubbo should accept the embassy and you have strategic point to sell cookies etc and Tubbo can have that land also Las Nevadas can expands more ! Everyone happy fair and square decission.

Quakity is trying to compromise by letting him keep the cookie stand and just remove the wall going near his nation. I can see how he sees it as a threat and tubbo already has his own little walls. But tubbo doesn’t want to at least compromise plus he never asked any permission so he could’ve prevented the whole thing. Plus he threatened which adds a lot more trouble then tubbo had because now there is more reason to feel threatened

@@cyberkkult well if you take into account that neither of them mention any of that during the argument and that quackity is constantly saying that he trusts tubbo and his judgment which is contradictory to what he thinks about ranboo and others and what tubbo is doing plus the fact he isn't really compromising or listening to the other party... i just find his argument to be a bit less concrete.

@@cyberkkult that does make sense but i would say that in the desire to keep the wall up they where giving a lot more options for quackity rather than quackity just telling them they should take the wall down, i do see your point in that he was offering them business in las Nevadas but they where trying to get land for farms not business so it is a understandable offer but that was not what they where trying to get from the land
The problem with quackity is that he's desperately trying not to sound like he's seeing tubbo as a threat because he literally contradicts himself with the fact he says he trusts tubbo but then proceeds to not trust his word on the river border and tubbo even offered to write up contracts but yet continues to double down on the fact he doesn't want the damn wall or the cookie outpost there despite the lack of clarity and definition of his own borders he's essentially trying not to say "hey I hate you being here I see you as a threat and if you don't back off we're gonna throw hands" you can hear him fumbling his words trying to double down but even he knows hes not exactly in a spot to push these problems yet he's desperate to prevent past issues from reoccurring yet that desperation is making him incredibly paranoid and overthinking tubbos outpost as something hostile when theres no reason for him to think as such.

Reasons why Quackity shouldn't be allowed to build the wall:
- The barriers of Las Nevadas are VERY CLEARLY marked by the pillars.
- Quackity had visited the land once before and could have destroyed it or blocked it off but he left it standing so why should now be any different.
- The wall he started building is uglier that a sh*t.
- Tubbo and Ranboo haven't done ANYTHING threatening to Las Nevadas!
- It's obvious that the pillars mark the boundaries and, somehow, Quackity avoided that little fact, but it's pure common sense that, if the pillars are ignored by Quackity, there is NO possible way he can avoid the land barrier.
- Quackity is incredibly infuriating and it makes me want to smash my computer whenever he speaks.
- Quackity can make as many excuses as he wants, but it's plain to anyone that he feels incredibly threatened by Tubbo and Ranboo beyond the point of reason.
- At the beginning Quackity STOLE from Ranboo and Tubbo's base, but neither of them retaliated.
What happened to the Quackity we used to know and love? There's no way his fight with Technoblade f-ed him up this badly. I miss the old Quackity. :(
Things that annoy me about the new Quackity:
He's manipulative, annoying, nosey af, stingy, horrible at politics despite his claims, and, most of all, he manipulates Slimecicle into thinking Quackity is his friend. That should be a crime punishable by banishment tbh.
I promise I used to love Big Q, but now... now I just don't know. It makes me sad to see how far he's fallen. He has begun to misguide everyone around him. It's awful. I miss Big Q. That man is not Big Q if you know what I mean. D:
