    Hi Heta, Firstly kudos for such amazing efforts you have made for people like me who really need guidance on these small but important details. I have just started my process for PR.. to be précised, have just finalised the agent and arranging docs for vetassess now. Looking forward for your more videos already.

    First of all, a BIG thank you for all your videos. We will be moving to Brisbane in Jan/Feb 2022 and your videos are so relevant and life savers.
    One query - Did you get the bulky items like cooker and other stuff using Air carrier or was it checkin baggage? If you have any experience with goods shipping options from India to Australia, it will be great to know. Also, which airlines do you book your tickets from and how soon should we book? Suppose we plan for a trip to India in the future, how much should we keep aside as travel expenses?
    Again - Thanks a lot for making these videos. It really helps people like us for whom its a big move and we are very anxious.

      Hi Rajkamal,
      Thank you:).
      I remember bringing electric cooker with me on my first initial entry to Australia and later I couriered a few things from India to Australia with a local delivery guy in Mumbai. My experience with him was not that great. Then slowly on my other visits from India to Australia, I got a few stuff. I remember getting the heavy idli batter making machine with me. We mostly go for Singapore Airlines flights. For living expenses here you can check my Cost of Living video. For future trips to India from Australia, the cost may vary, the flight could cost somewhere around 1k per person return, but again that depends on month you book, the airline you choose to go with and various other factors.

      I have discussed about this in my previous part 1 video of things to bring in australia.
      You are allowed to bring, but the quantity is something I am not sure. It's best to directly ask Australian customs

      Hey Shaista,
      I doubt. As they have mentioned on their Australia Border Force website, under the section Ramadan ( seasonal events, that do not bring meat and meat products. You can check on this website : www.abf.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/can-you-bring-it-in/list-of-items#

    • @HetaGala

      If you are looking for Indian style grinder then yes get it from India itself. Make sure you carry adapter as I have mentioned in the video as the pins would be different.

    .Hey dear ur videos are Very helpful to us
    Me and my husband will be shifting Australia..by the end of may..can u suggest the wat types of winter wear we should be carrying..and other things we need to keep in mind. During winter season

    • @HetaGala
      @HetaGala  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bring the winter wears that you already have back in India and once you are here visit DFO and buy winter clothes here. It will be more appropriate as per the weather here. And in June there is going to be year end sales, so there will be discounts on many brands. I have made a dfo video too. You can check the video to get some idea.
