There was nothing about any of that troglodyte's fights that were in any way, shape, or form good. His connection wasn't good, his combo strings weren't good, and his sportsmanship was so not good, that even having the word good in the sentence is an insult to even the most toxic league players.
God, this game is so good, that someone just spamming the same technique can't be punished for it at all and will win with minimal effort. God, if only we made games with more than 1 button.

I use on my android build and it's damn useful even against limitalong with supers like gravity impact (this move is underrated imo). Handy canon isn't cheap because it eats through ki lol unlike regular and cancels but the benefits outweigh it, the move can rotate, good hit detection, has amazing recovery.
Yeah and the funniest part is there are actually some people DUMB enough to believe THAT has something to with being skilled lmao the only reason this shit works is because the Game allows it if the game wouldn't allow it it also wouldn't work and THEN i'd like to see all those Ki stun users see what they do without that shit.
I think, to prevent block mashing like that, they should make whiffed blocks take a bit of stamina. Or, yknow, put it back to what it was before when it wasn't that busted.

I thought of a pretty fun annoying troll build if ya wanna try. It's kinda just draining stamina with dancing parapara. So do the dance they'll use stamina to evasive and then they'll break your stamina. Races: namek for Regen, or f majin for broken stam Regen with either 0 stam stats or just 42 points. Super souls: gaaaahh!!, or I like you better when your mad. Moves: Go Go gum so you can just dance in front to be a troll Do or die Fighting pose j for crazy stam Regen on namek. Or burst charge so you can keep dancing Dancing para Ultimate: elegant blaster because it can hit after go go gum even without being stam broken and for some damage lol. Secret poison cause you can poison through gogo gum. Brutal buster as evasive I guess

Add Recoome Kick to this, and Final Pose evasive, I lab'd it forever ago with SSG to get an x into y string damage of 13 thousand something. Don't remember what SS I was using. Oh and Steed! Fruit has a second input attack before the animation finishes!
is there a build based around countering cheese, like maybe shield barrier for ki cancel, armored escape for general cheese (it resets you to neutral) and maybe some average specials and ults
you should try my god of destruction combo supers: earth splitting galick gun galick gun burst charge instant transmission ultimates: destructive fission prominence flash evasive of your choice as well as transformation the combo is get opponent stamina to one bar then heavy stamina break opponent falls to ground after heavy stamina break as they hit ground instant transmission hakai (4bars of ki) into prominence flash(3bars of ki) works best against opponents with alot of stamina and the super soul is you and this entire planet are as good as space dust
Against that Ki Canceling guy, the only real way to counter act his cancels is to have a counter super of some type, cuz the biggest problem when you don’t Ki Cancel and your fighting someone who does is you will hemorrhage Stamina Vanishing while they get away for free.

I've never played against other players except for my friend in this game, cause in every game people just spam broken shit in a desperate attempt to win.
It really is a shame XV2 players learned how to the abuse the skills and whatnot to the fullest extent (and even worse that the devs haven't done anything but enable them to do it easier over time with these damn updates). I love Xenoverse to death, but man is online pvp annoying.

Easy way to fix ki cancels/stuns, give them their I frames, but make the first 3 ki blasts do no damage and have zero effect when touching a player basically making a ki stun force your next 2 hits to not stagger an enemy, therefore making ki stuns/cancels null and void

Why not use Shockwave whenever someone keeps spamming blocks and Dimensional Hole whenever someone keeps spamming normal Ki Blasts? Surely you'll be able to intercept and fight them easily. Helps me a lot with those skills whenever they're doing that.
@@WhiteobamasHonestly, I don't usually use Shadow Crusher unless it's for a super/ultimate skill, of which I could break their guard with that very Ki Blast counter. Mind you, this is from a normal Ki Blast, the very one that you can just reflect them or just dodge it. I don't need Piccolo's training to learn how to dodge. Plus, STR and BLA vary depending on which range of skill and which race/gender you pick. Lastly, Dimensional Hole doesn't require the use of Ki, so you're welcome to use it even at the start of the match if you're quick enough. Shadow Crusher is perhaps the only STR super skill that counters BLA skills, and the one BLA skill that I tested a while back close to being strong is Counter Burst if you're within range, and I did that with a "Balanced Build" male Saiyan. I did 3206 with Shadow Crusher, whereas I did 2990 to 3097 with Counter Burst normally. If I did it with my "Ki Blast Build" on my Freeza Race with 125 on BLA, that's another story. I usually use Shadow Crusher on Ultimate Skills the most so that I can attack them while they're vulnerable. But what if they're onto you and they counter that with another counter? Gotta think outside the box and use the moves they'd least expect.
Thought that was powerful? Now try buus reached full power ss but look for a qq bang that reduces ki to about 3 to 4 bars, also have it high with stamina and normal attack

Best way to avoid these kind of players is to challenge people in the lobby, its certainly the best way to avoid the modders on playstation that still cheat every single day 365 days a year on ranked.
I also find zen-oh very annoying its a shame theres no option to not have him in the tournament of power map in 1v1s as i like the map just not zen-oh.
Ki cancelling really is a subsitute for bad players to exploit to make themselfs feel better then they actually are :P they should just remove the stun from 1 ki attacks.

People play like this in player match and endless battle as if there is something on the line. Ranked is dead, this is on ps4 btw. In the lag, there is a bunch of ki cancels, hit awoken players, and people who fight you with super armor limit burst on. They also have their messages blocked, and if they don't, they'll say, "But I won though." I fucking hope you did abusing all those mechanics... meanwhile, all I wanna do is hit my cool combos while playing the game as intended. Fuck me, right?

Ki cancels ARE fair, because every character can do them :) If two characters have the same incredibly powerful super, or other form of advantage, that fight is fair. They even added rock cancels to Jaco and Hercule in Hero of Justice pack 1 free update, and back in 2019 they added ki cancels to 16 who previously couldn't. Saying they are unfair because they "give an advantage" and "have no counter" and "are free" could also be applied to spending your attribute points. So not doing them is just self-imposed challenge, the same as playing with "only light attacks" or something. You can't say the opponent was playing unfair if they never formally agreed to also play with "only light attacks".
Ki cancels are a representation of what this game is. Shoddy. It clearly is an unintended consequence of how shaky this game's foundation is that the second they even think of adding a character with a somewhat unique ki blast, they're instantly dropped because this crutch ass "mechanic" can't be abused with them. Here's to hoping that if Bandai ever does make a Xenoverse 3, they keep DIMPS as far away from it as humanly possible.
That doesn’t make it fair. It still makes it a cheese because it’s not a mechanic that’s SUPPOSED to be in the game: it just happens to work. Y’all make excuses for any cheese just so you can continue using it. Learn to actually be skillful and you won’t need ki cancels.
Ki cancelling is obviously flawed. Steed is getting hit by them when his opponent isn't even aiming in his direction. Look at 12:10 , that cannot be intentional nor considered "fair".

I finally got back into the game after giving up on ranked, im back, nothing changed, ive just decided i cant care if i want to play, if everyones broken, no one is.
Add Recoome Kick to this, and Final Pose evasive, I lab'd it forever ago with SSG to get an x into y string damage of 13 thousand something. Don't remember what SS I was using. Oh and Steed! Fruit has a second input attack before the animation finishes!
is there a build based around countering cheese, like maybe shield barrier for ki cancel, armored escape for general cheese (it resets you to neutral) and maybe some average specials and ults

Against that Ki Canceling guy, the only real way to counter act his cancels is to have a counter super of some type, cuz the biggest problem when you don’t Ki Cancel and your fighting someone who does is you will hemorrhage Stamina Vanishing while they get away for free.

Bruv, you can use Fruit Skill after you eat the fruit to warp and hit enemy, it's stuns same as feint crash. 💪

It really is a shame XV2 players learned how to the abuse the skills and whatnot to the fullest extent (and even worse that the devs haven't done anything but enable them to do it easier over time with these damn updates). I love Xenoverse to death, but man is online pvp annoying.

Easy way to fix ki cancels/stuns, give them their I frames, but make the first 3 ki blasts do no damage and have zero effect when touching a player basically making a ki stun force your next 2 hits to not stagger an enemy, therefore making ki stuns/cancels null and void
Just make it so when you cancel an animation with a ki blast it takes away ki/stamina boom problem fixed
Shame the one counter to this build is the netcode

My god do they have no shame of how cheap they play these days in Xenoverse 2 PvP? like literally it is emberassing if people fully rely on Ki cancel or Lagswitch sure it works but stop calling THAT "Skill" literally the only reason it works is because the GAME allows you to do so it has nothing to do with skill, i can tell what true skill is is what you've seen in Steedoj's video he has proven it many times that hes capable of winning fights without Ki cancel or limit bursting sure there were times when Steedoj did limit burst but you can't compare Steedoj with the classic Xenoverse 2 PvP players, Steedoj is FAR more skilled than most of them even if he lost that was only because the Game allows people to play as cheap as possible

Why not use Shockwave whenever someone keeps spamming blocks and Dimensional Hole whenever someone keeps spamming normal Ki Blasts? Surely you'll be able to intercept and fight them easily. Helps me a lot with those skills whenever they're doing that.
Dimensional hole is way to slow to counter ki stuns, try shadow crusher instead
@@WhiteobamasHonestly, I don't usually use Shadow Crusher unless it's for a super/ultimate skill, of which I could break their guard with that very Ki Blast counter. Mind you, this is from a normal Ki Blast, the very one that you can just reflect them or just dodge it. I don't need Piccolo's training to learn how to dodge. Plus, STR and BLA vary depending on which range of skill and which race/gender you pick. Lastly, Dimensional Hole doesn't require the use of Ki, so you're welcome to use it even at the start of the match if you're quick enough. Shadow Crusher is perhaps the only STR super skill that counters BLA skills, and the one BLA skill that I tested a while back close to being strong is Counter Burst if you're within range, and I did that with a "Balanced Build" male Saiyan. I did 3206 with Shadow Crusher, whereas I did 2990 to 3097 with Counter Burst normally. If I did it with my "Ki Blast Build" on my Freeza Race with 125 on BLA, that's another story. I usually use Shadow Crusher on Ultimate Skills the most so that I can attack them while they're vulnerable. But what if they're onto you and they counter that with another counter? Gotta think outside the box and use the moves they'd least expect.

Best way to avoid these kind of players is to challenge people in the lobby, its certainly the best way to avoid the modders on playstation that still cheat every single day 365 days a year on ranked.
I also find zen-oh very annoying its a shame theres no option to not have him in the tournament of power map in 1v1s as i like the map just not zen-oh.

People play like this in player match and endless battle as if there is something on the line. Ranked is dead, this is on ps4 btw. In the lag, there is a bunch of ki cancels, hit awoken players, and people who fight you with super armor limit burst on.
They also have their messages blocked, and if they don't, they'll say, "But I won though." I fucking hope you did abusing all those mechanics... meanwhile, all I wanna do is hit my cool combos while playing the game as intended. Fuck me, right?

Ki cancels ARE fair, because every character can do them :) If two characters have the same incredibly powerful super, or other form of advantage, that fight is fair.
They even added rock cancels to Jaco and Hercule in Hero of Justice pack 1 free update, and back in 2019 they added ki cancels to 16 who previously couldn't.
Saying they are unfair because they "give an advantage" and "have no counter" and "are free" could also be applied to spending your attribute points. So not doing them is just self-imposed challenge, the same as playing with "only light attacks" or something. You can't say the opponent was playing unfair if they never formally agreed to also play with "only light attacks".

Ki cancels are a representation of what this game is. Shoddy. It clearly is an unintended consequence of how shaky this game's foundation is that the second they even think of adding a character with a somewhat unique ki blast, they're instantly dropped because this crutch ass "mechanic" can't be abused with them. Here's to hoping that if Bandai ever does make a Xenoverse 3, they keep DIMPS as far away from it as humanly possible.
That doesn’t make it fair. It still makes it a cheese because it’s not a mechanic that’s SUPPOSED to be in the game: it just happens to work. Y’all make excuses for any cheese just so you can continue using it. Learn to actually be skillful and you won’t need ki cancels.
Ki cancelling is obviously flawed. Steed is getting hit by them when his opponent isn't even aiming in his direction. Look at 12:10 , that cannot be intentional nor considered "fair".
