Hello i have discuss with your friend thinking if you are going to finish off this episode as a final battle or maybe wait til chapter 5 is coming out.
The story I feel goes like this: Both were capable animators who bonded over their love of the medium when they founded the studio, however, Joey came from a wealthier family and had connections in Hollywood so he fronted the money and got the distributors. While Henry created Bendy, Boris, Alice, and the Butcher Gang and actually ran the animation department Joey was simply the producer but took all credit for creating Bendy, and the other characters. At first, Henry didn't mind as he valued art above money, yet Joey demanded more and more cartoons, more perfection, and gave Henry and the other workers next to no credit until finally Henry confronted Joey and had a falling out. After Henry left Joey decided to start animating Bendy himself. His attempts to recapture the magic that Henry brought to the cartoons and prove he didn't need Henry led the studio into financial ruin as the Bendy cartoons drawn by Joey himself were inferior to Henry's and proved to be box office failures, with Joey scapegoating the animation department for his mistakes while coming up with all these wild ideas to turn the situation around including fudging the books to keep up his appearance until he finally went insane and created the Inkmachine. What emerged though were not products of love and passion but rather products of madness
I think I figured out which character is who. Several will be obvious: 0:33 - Thomas Connor 0:40 - Allison Pendle/Connor 0:49 - Joey Drew(left) 1:44 - Wally Franks 2:04 - Sammy Lawrence and Susie Campbell 2:57 - Norman Polk(becomes the Projectionist) 2:57 - Jack Fain(wearing a bowler hat) 3:12 - Shawn Flynn 3:15 - Grant Cohen 3:17 - Lacie Benton

Lacie was easy to figure out, Norman was the projectionist, Jack wore a boulder hat, Shawn work in the Heavenly Toys department, Grant was in charge of the studio budget. Everyone else was obvious.
Really good job with this animation. It shows more about the characters than the games do. For one, Henry's sudden relapse in memory and reluctance to fight the Butcher Gang shows that despite creating them as villains, he still values them as something he created specifically for more than just fame. In addition, while he never craved fame or popularity, he still wished that credit was given to those who truly earned it. Hence, he had a better relationship with Wally Franks than most people because he never saw Wally Franks as tool whereas Joey saw Henry as tool over a friend. Allison's regret of Susie being removed from the studio shows that her fame came at price that she never wanted. In addition, while Tom didn't have a good relationship with their janitor, Wally Franks, like Henry did, he still valued him as student or close friend and has many regrets of being unable to help him. Susie always wanted to be famous and believed that the role of Alice Angel was given to her because she was better than everyone else. When she saw Allison take her role of voicing Alice, she thought that she lost her role because she wasn't good enough instead of Joey being unable to pay her for her job. As a result, she doesn't care whether people die or not helping her to become more beautiful because she just wants to be the best no matter the cost. Wally Franks cleaning up Henry's room a lot and smiling as he does it shows how he and Henry were good friends despite the difference in positions. This has to do with the fact that Henry appears to be one of the few people who do respect and value his presence while everyone else including Joey did not. His frown when watching Henry argue with Joey could stem from the fact that he also had similar values to Henry and knew Henry was being abused by Joey but could not do anything about it. As a result, he chooses to follow Henry wherever he goes regardless of the danger because he prefers to have someone who will respect him for who he is than a person who could offer him the world but see him as nothing more than a dog that fetches a stick for their master. Furthermore, it appears that Henry could be arguing with Joey on topics besides his stolen fame such as how he treats his employees. Joey's appearance at the end of this animation shows that while he did value Henry as friend, he was always envious of Henry being able to make friends who would help him even when he had nothing. He did everything to ensure that Henry had no friends, whether it was stealing the spotlight, doing this on his own, or losing his fortune. However, in the end, he still never understood why people always chose Henry over him and all he can do is look at Henry with jealousy from afar.
Okay, this is amazing. First of all, the art is incredible. Second of all, the backstories you have given these characters are just exceptional. This was legitimately incredible. Edits: Oh my stars SUSIE. That was amazing. 2:43-3:32 Is just...amazing. That is like the best BATIM storyline I've ever seen.
Long ago, Henry and Joey started the studio to make cartoons and collaborated on creating Bendy the mischievous demon. They also hired some help to help manage the studio and make the cartoons and Bendy became a popular mascot for the studio as well as the cartoons alongside Boris, Alice and even the notorious Butcher gang. But as time passed, Joey forced Henry to draw more toons and rejected some of his pal's ideas while taking credit for all the hard work the employees did which hurt them, especially Henry. They argued a lot and soon it got to the breaking point as Henry soon decided to quit the studio all together ending his friendship with Joey. Some of the workers whom worked with Henry were sad to see him leave, but carried on the job. Joey soon became more obsessive to make Bendy popular and even cooked up a theme park plan using real cartoons using the ink machine. But the 1st test was a failure due to the ink bendy lacking a soul so he decided to sacrifice his workers to do it, even replaced an actress Susie with Allison to make her desperate. Unfortunately it backfired real quick and the studio was shut down, leaving Joey a broken man as he had nothing. He still held on to his dream and called some of the workers who left back to use their souls to bring toons to life. He called Henry over under the guise on mending their friendship yet Henry was about to enter a never ending nightmare in the studio in order to stop the ink demon nd free the trapped souls inside in a effort to get back home.

OK, good animation... but that story is totally incredible. I love it. The story is just really perfectly completed, there are so many small piecies, which are simply perfectly completed to the only one huge story. I think theMeatly must watch this. There are some comments, which says the story must be completed to at least 3rd Chorus, but don't worry, I think it's brilliant right now.
I actually fell bad for bendy(not the one thats joey) becuase he was made with no life no heart no one to love no soul he was abused by joey if henry was there maybe bendy would not be the monster he is maybe in his ink demon form he still has his cartoon self and is starting to feel bad it explains why he saves henry from norman he remeber henry as his actual creation and maybe his cartoon self escape the cycle and maybe bendy is the one that says '' tell me another one uncle joey'' at the end of chapter 5

I think the real reason joey sent Henry a letter was because he wanted to fix his past mistakes but he was to afraid to go back to the workshop because the ink creatures would try to get revenge for sacrificing them so he got Henry to do it for him. And i think Henry actuality went back to free the souls of the lost workers.But i think the only way to free them is to destroy the ink machine so that is why Henry had to turn on the ink machine in chapter 1 and in chapter 5 destroy it. What do you think of my theory?

Joey was actually killed by Bendy. The proof is in the first voice recording of chapter 4. You can hear Joey screaming while being attacked by something.
I say that every time I my head *I'm pretty sure he has a soul* and I said that in One video about him not being Joey and that in chapter 5 he was in his house but yeah I just needed someones opinion👍
