Nice 3D work and Materials. I can't see any flow in the animation.. there are random camera movements here and there, but no flow in the presentation.. in my opinion.. but also it's a great work that you handle all this to a video.

i did not appreciate much the architectural design because of cinematic camera shots and sound effects, its like a suspense movie rather than architectural presentation, i can see a good design of the building and its interior, but my attention was taken away. maybe a little bit slow camera movements to showcase more on the design, and good choice of background music it will be perfect.

Impeccable animation skills but lacking story. You are bombarding the audience with too much without a clear starting point and ending point. I'd advise slower clips, minimal split screens and procedural sequence.
