I remember hearing Omega Ruby’s version of this theme. It was good, but … wait… Zame made a remaster that blows it out of the water??? Whelp, Zame wins this battle. Steven better give the new music champion his throne. Keep up the awesome work Zame!

A friend of mine used Primal Groudon. It didn't turn out very well as it was slower than his Mega Metagross and got two shot by duel flinch and crit Giga Impacts.
Yeah, I thought that was pretty funny and didn't let him hear the end of it. Our conversations were like.
"~I told you that you shouldn't just cheese it and speedrun through the final battle~" "shut the fuck up, I don't wanna hear it." "Did I tell you beat his Mega Metagross with my Mega Beedrill that you said was the worst new Mega Evolution introduced?" "Shut up, you just taught it Drill Run!"
"Wait, it can learn what?"
". . . ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDIMG ME?! WHAT MOVES DID YOU TRACH IT?!"
"Twin Needle, Venoshock, Sludge Wave, and Fell Stinger."

Yeah, I had a habit of pissing him off as someone who had never done competitive or even battling in my life up to Gen 8 and both unintentionally trolling him with my ignorance and noviceness and ocaisionally stalling with Poison and Badly Poison status Conditions while my Pokemon knew combinations semi invulnerable two turn moves like Fly and Dig and protect.
How fitting that my best Gen 8 competitive teams are a Falinks with Defiant and Salac berry and no retreat, flinch hax togekiss with Bright powder, a typical Aegislash with Kings Rock, and the three hidden ability Galar Starters without their better Isle of Armor Move Tutor moves and a Sand team with Gigalith, Lycanroc Dusk Form, Tyranitar, Excadrill, Scizor, and G-Max Sandaconda.
You can tell that these are more novice competitive when they have no Legendaries or move tutor moves and they still have managed to beat Shadow Rider Calyrex, Intimidate Incineroar and Lando T, Zacian Crown Sword Hyper offense based teams than any other core I've ever faced

I can still remember it now all those years ago. Facing Steven for the first time and banking on my Kyogre having enough PP to defeat him since the rest of my team except for (Graveler and Sceptile) didnt have any chance against his Pokemon.
I stan Gen 3 purely on Emerald being my first exposure to Pokémon.

I started on the Gen 1 spin-off games like Stadium, but Sapphire was my first Pokémon game from the mainline games, and it's still my favorite game of all time. Pokémon is amazing.

In the anime, Cynthia is the second strongest trainer in the world, with Steven being the third, so we might actually get a battle between them soon

Just one small detail I think you should've added.
At 0:31, in Steven's ORAS theme, there is a little laser beam sound effect like a gunshot going off.
Its quite noticeable in the ORAS theme so it would be really cool if you added that sound effect in this remaster as well. Makes it sound just like the remaster but a remastered remaster.
I guess you could say Zame is a master at remastering remasters.

My highlight of Alpha Sapphire was beating Steven's Mega Metagross with my Mega Swampert. I used up all of my healing items up to that point and I was about to lose to Mega Metagross's Psychic when my Mega Swampert toughed it out and followed up with a Power-Up Punch and won. On one of my Ruby run,s I won against Metagross using a Blaziken with Fire Blast after they almost died to Meteor Mash. So, yeah- thanks for your music, Zame.

I don't think sharing the Hoenn champion motifs with Steven was a bad thing, but I think Wallace needed different instrumentation.

Only problem i always had with this theme is that it could easily fit as a trainer battle theme, its basically as intense as the gen 6 or gen 7 trainer themes at most
