Take care you select the correct pump! This video is about the replacement of the Water pump on a 1.4TSI ecofuel engine on CNG ( probably the CDGA type engine). These motors need a different water pump than the gasoline engine. They look 99% identical, but the pump for the CNG engine has a larger impeller diameter, for better cooling!
Thank you! Very useful video! But this engine 1.4 TSI CDGA Ecofuel needs 60 mm diameter impeller pump, i.e. HEPU P670, not HEPU P651 with 55 mm. Good luck!
@@marianivan8495Gas is hotter than petrol so if you installed this pump, you have a hotter working process in the engine and maybe the pump cant cool it down enough over some time
I am trying to change the pump like in video. The moment of extraction of the supercharger cover and deinstallation of the intake house. How die you done it? World be great if you responce. I trink it was tricky, but may be you give me a hint. Thank you
I didn't drain it, it came to me without coolant, the coolant been spilled when the old water pump broked. Almost every car has a coolant draining screw on the bottom of the coolant radiator, you can check there.

Not on this engine, but yes, I did.

@@autotips5141 to what I saw from looking at it, it's more the right hand side of the bottom
@@killloveish it could be the crankshaft seal, not very difficult to replace.
