She is not "teaching" in the ecclesiastical sense Paul has traditionally been thought to mean, if that is the part of the epistle to which you refer. There has never been any point in the Church's history in which she has understood Paul to mean a woman is forbidden to teach in a private capacity. This is, in fact, the only capacity in which *any* of the laity can teach.
Their are 4 female saints who are considered doctors of the Church, but ok sure go with you private interpretation of Scripture which says weomen cannot teach theology.
