longest serving oiler! thank you for your services nuge!
As an oilers fan, who knows how toxic our fan base can be, there's one thing that every fan can agree on...
We all absolutely love Nuge.
Most underrated player in the league, IMO.
Toxic ownership not toxic fans, the Fanbase in Edmonton was knocked down to the 2nd Tier by Kevin Lowe and Katz as his supporter many many years ago. The Oilers believe in stomping on the little guy.
Always been there through it all. Ryan i always defenden you when people didnt believe in you. Such a good two way player!
The ageless wonder.
Vampire or something fr
@@rykervivier6111 Is he really immortal?
Keep. Nuge. Forever
The Nuuuuge is huuuuuge! A class act through and through.
I love Nugent-Hopkins
I watched him grow up here.. turned out to be a terrific player and person
Looking at his career stats, its hard to believe this guy was a first overall pick
Have you looked at Yakupov's?
@@MrHowil99 Actually Yakupovs numbers are pretty good considering how he was intentionally destroyed by Oilers mismanagement. IN case you were unaware a Friend of Nails has been steadily hammering figurative "nails" into the Oilers coffin ever since Nail Yakupov was 86ed and intentionally buried. Word on the Street says no Cups for Mcdavid is whats inside that Oilers Coffin the nails are being driven into. Spew that around for the next 20 years...lol..lol...loll....because when Mcdavid runs to Toronto no one will ever remember anything else about Edmonton. 9 Head Coaches in 13 years...think about it.
13 years?? He looks like he’s 25. 😂
He’s my man🧡💙🏆!!!
THE NUUUUUGE!!! WE LOVE HIM!!
My first live game was at the old rexall nuge’s first game
Nuge is my man crush
I wonder if RNH has ever heard of Moma2 in his long long tenure as an Oiler? RNH made Bank and he made a Career and a Legacy...now maybe he can make some headway in finding the key to unlock the Stanley Cup cupboard door.
He’s such a sweet pea 🫛💕💙😍🧡
GO OILERS! this year is the year the cup comes to Canada, the oilers are reaching levels that Wayne set, with McDavid and Dri, it would be so fitting if the team won the cup
Nuge huge
why is colby pitting one player against another? awkward.
I thought that was funny, it’s pretty well known here in Edmonton that Hall didn’t get along with most of the players on the team though. That’s why Nuge “picked” Eberle
Nugget is the man.
9 coaches in 13 years! Just recall Renney, Kruger, Hitchcack offhand
Thats a keystone issue.....only 1 thing could cause that to happen...think about it.
@@BobsUruncle-dl7cs Yes, someone who can fit the pieces of the puzzle together, We found the right one, no matter what happens this week it’s been a very successful season. Final 4 out 32 teams is something 28 others teams strive for
@@moemanncann895 Kris has a little help along his way in some very critical areas. He is achieving within my expectations, not over and not under. All arrows are pointing up mostly because he has shown constant improvement and he clearly knows how to optimize Mcdavd as a Player Asset.
@@BobsUruncle-dl7cs I think McD had a say in hiring Kris as he was McDs former coach. Woodcroft was a saviour when he led us to the playoffs last year, I recall alot of positivity over him, how quickly things changed this season
@@moemanncann895 I personally preferred Woodcrafts way of managing the Teams style and Identity... more Fire Wagon ... but Kris knows how to optimize Mcdavid...and Kris has shown himself to be a shrewd decision maker and a very quick study who can adjust quickly and accurately....as we enter the Equator of Connors Prime Years...the pressure for him to win a Stanley Cup becomes acute...Woodcraft did not produce under that type of pressure....Knoblauch is producing under the same type of pressure Woodcraft folded under. Playoff Hockey is a game of Tactics a game of adjustments. The ONLY cushion available in Playoff hockey is an elite Goaltender... Teams trade adjustments until they run out of time and the last man standing wins...every time. He who converts his Possessions into Goals @ a higher % rate...wins. Truth is that an NHL Team can have an anonymous unofficial external Consultant to the Head Coach helping out in the Tactical Adjustment department in realtime online, or they can hire one, this is enough to turn any Series instantly and to turn the lowest Playoff seed into a Championship Team. Every Elite Hockey Mind is not in the body of a Hockey Player. Knoblauch has a solid Hockey background so he is a Traditionalist in many ways. He will get better exponentially year over year and he WILL WIN a Stanley Cup as a Coach IMHO if he can keep his job for more than 2 years.
