This was my first ND game, and it holds a special place in my heart. Got it when I was about 8, had to put it aside when I couldn't fovure out how to organize Ranger Akers' files, went back to it when I was 14 and beat it then. Such good memories, and a good game.
This was my second game, after Blackmoor Manor. I would never go in the woods or the graveyard. I played this with a friends when I was 6, we were scared that the dogs would come out and maul us. When they did attack my friend ran out screaming into the hallway and I jumped and hid under the desk.
This was always my favorite game. I played it when I was 10. I literally couldn't walk through the forest, it was too scary! But now I can play SAW like it's nothing....sort of :)
this was the first game i ever played. i was 5 years old (not kidding) and i would play them with my mom. now i finish them in 1 day! i love nancy drew!
I think I had a broken version of this game, I never had enough torque for the boat so I was stuck at the cabin the whole time. I did everything right, too...
I was suprised to see that Nancy Drew games are classified as Age 10 and up. LOL the storyline are a bit violence for kids age 10 don't you think? and im impress how 10 year old kids can break the puzzles in all Nancy Drew games!
This game and Message in a Haunted Mansion were the two games that scared the crap out of my sister and I when they came out. The music didn't help in MHM and the forest/graveyard was just peachy in GDML. haha
I looked this up to show someone how scary it is - and they don't even show the scariest part in the trailer! I still look away when "that" part is happening.
I first got this years ago and I hated the puzzle at 1:20 and I really only got it by working out one of them then randomly clicking. Also, the forest freaked me out so much!! But now it's really cool!
Same for me! MHM and GDML were the first games I played. My sister usually just watches me and helps keep notes ^_^ lol, but MHM was super scary considering I was so young when I first played it.

I'm giving this game to my best friend for her birthday, she's got a treat coming! I loved this game!!

The Ghost of Thorton Hall trailer is scary too!
This was the first ND game I played, when I was 7 and my sister was 10. Now I'm 13, my sister 16. xD
I love this game.
Childhood ❤️
I want it and when I watched #YourGibs play it I only say the dogs at that beginning part
This game wasn't really scary, but what does happen when at the start instead of going in the house you just go somewhere else?
There you are
