Oh Katie u deserved this so much.. What a week, what a tournament you’ve played!! Onto Indian Wells with a lot of confidence. Go girl! 🏆🇬🇧
Your right, she played so well and hard, and really deserved this win. Be nice
to see her do well, or win at Indian Wells.
Alex also won ATP500 in Acapulco too this weekend - maybe it's a winning partnership 😍
Clown you are. Boulter won this match only because of umpire being totally clueless. And I am saying that as a fan of both Boulter and Kostyuk.
IW24 R1 out
@@michawu4401 I don't think so. She'll go far in IW24.
Boutler coming from a set down without panicking is tremendous , what a moment for the couples winning both finals , that was incredible
Seriously, you show a whole 5 min of the match and you show at least 3 double faults? Not just the actual fault, but the first fault too. Find a new person to edit these.
seriously agree with you, the double faults are not the most compelling parts of the match!
It’s probably not even a person who edit these as more and more companies use AI. If you notice, the points they show all follow a similar pattern compared to other highlight videos they’ve put out recently
To be fair there were 21 double faults, 13 by Katie. The match was strewn with errors so that should be reflected in the highlights.
The way they are both rocketing up the rankings, Boulter and De Minaur might have to get married
Both winning atp/wta 500 events on the same weekend. And Alex being there to witness Katie lifting the biggest trophy of her career so far was the icing on the cake!
Watching them both do this together is incredible. And I love that he just won a title and come straight to watch his girl. Ugh. I'm in love! ❤❤❤
De MInaur will be marrying an older woman !
...while the Tsit/Badosa pair's results not going anywhere
@@salvadorrada53732 years older that’s not very much. You my friend are a troll, shame on you.
That was a really good attacking tennis from Katie. The inside out forehand is so sharp. Congratulation.
That forehand is a weapon
She needs her serve sorting out, far to many double faults. Reminds me of Sabalenka serve problems two years ago, loads of double faults before she had her serve fixed.
Yep 13-14 double faults in the match for Katie and 1st serves too was an issue but she played brilliantly to overcome it and deserves to win. Marta's only 21 she will come good and I was emotional for her and Ukraine when she was doing her speech.
Both Boulter and Alex (Acapulco) winning 500 events this weekend.
With Katie winning her first WTA title last summer it seems to be turning into a winning partnership ! 🎉🏆
Kostyuk is too emotional crying between points and then there's Katie with the best on-court attitude 😊
Chill bro, she's only 21, and she's ukrainian, so she has the right to cry all the time.
@@xabisombilini5440Well said!!!
@@xabisombilini5440 sure, from her villa in Monte Carlo, ok bro
So happy for Katie Boutler, so happy for you. You have improved your level incredibly and your hardwork is paying off 👏👏👏👏👏. Glad for you. Kostyuk got too emotional from the start and that is a huge distraction from the mental side of things. Don't get worked up for every point. What a great match. Top quality.
Katie played so hard and smart this whole tournament, making great shots all
the time, and also beat other greats like Vekic. She deserved to win this tournament.
The Love Double. Alex in Mexico and 24 hours later, Katie in San Diego. Well Done.
Great for Katie! Everyone has a different trajectory. Look at Laura Robson & Ons Jabeur.. they were both in the same age group as Juniors (even though it feels like they’re both from completely different era’s). Laura was already top 25ish at 18 years old. Ons didn’t get there until 8 years later. Now Ons has made multiple major finals and Laura’s retired. The journey doesn’t matter as long as you get there in the end 👍🏻
HUGE WIN for Katie Boulter beating first navarro and then Kostyuk ....top 30 ....keeep improving
and Vekic and Haddad Maia......
@@danielnowak2958And Tsurenko !!
Just wow, simply unbelievable... congratulations... Tennis is leveling up on both sides mens and womens... Congratulations Katie 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Once Boulter irons out the double faults from her service motion she's going to be even better. Reminds me a little of Sabalenka in that sense.
Kostyuk tends to not have any answers against in form aggressive players. She does have a tendency to become very passive, when she needs to play with more intensity instead, but she has improved a lot compared to a year or two back.
Great Analysis
It's not unbelievable, she had power to win it's just that she sprays the ball. Now she has really work on it knowing that she is the #1 for UK and the mental strength paid off.🎉
she's been UK #1 for like a year now
Congrats Katie Boulter. Sorry you had to play a tennis match at an airport. You showed a boatload of maturity at this tourney.
Watching the match live constant planes going about near the tennis courts but was the same for both players. Still they did brilliantly to block it out including revving cars!
So so thrilled for Katie!!! ❤❤❤
It's great to see Katie playing so well. Hopefully, she can keep this momentum going. 🎉
Nice weekend for Alex and Katie. Congrats! Time to formalize this sweet relationship guys🙂
Feed good for them de minaur and boulter. Titles in the same week and that too in 500 level. Couple goals.
Bravo Katie, UK's No.1
Thanks for a quick n well compiled highlights!! Well played finalists!!
I saw her play live two years ago, taking Petra Kvitova the distance in Eastbourne. Since then she seems to have improved her movement, mental strength/belief and I think she has upped the pace on her forehand too. Great to see her stepping up on surfaces other than grass now. Come on Katie!
I'm so happy for Bolter, she's been playing some amazing tennis, and sure deserves this win.
Katie has some genuine and easy power. That surprised me a lot. Great win for her. She's on the up.
Congrats to both players for an excellent tourny.. Katie has good sting on those strokes. Marta is more of scratch and claw player like Daria.
What a great play by Boulter!
Sounds like who beat Haddad maia in 1R is destined to be the champ of the tournament
Well-deserved. Hats off to both ladies on reaching the Final 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Well done! You played unbelievable! Congratulations Katie!
A great match from both ladies and super happy for Katie. 2024 could be special for Boults in lots of ways.
Absolutely bloody brilliant!!
This was a very pleasant surprise! ❤
Cutest tennis player winning at my hometown! Loving it!
Leicester? 🤔
San Diego, man! La Jolla!
That was a great tournament from her 👌💪
It is really a memorable championship on the behalf of Katie Boulter.
Even though she dropped the first set with some unforced errors, a large enhancement has been observed as of the second set. The focal point of British tennis competitor was entirely at the foreground. Besides, she competed more resolute and relentless than Kostyuk in the second and deciding sets. It manifests that she will keep elevating her agility and compliance in the forthcoming periods.
Congratulations to Katie Boulter for attaining a tremendous title in San Diego.
Katie was once dubbed as UK's Sharapova due to her similar stature and game play, but she was far too inconsistent. Now, her shots are more settled, she produced more clean shots and something seemed to click on her camp (is there coaching change or new approach being brought to her game?)
Now if Katie meets Donna Vekic, that's a doppelganger match up lol (well they did meetup here lol)
Шкода, що Марта програла.😢
Мартуся, дякую за гарний виступ на турнірі! 👍👏💐🏆🎾🇺🇦❤️😘
Hahah,spanikowała😂.
Ignorant remark!!
Lol
What a great win for Boulter. I thought it was all over after the first set.
Brilliant result. Her & Draper are showing real promise. 🏴
Draper is just a sicknote along with Raducanu.
wow. that point was amazing in third set when it was 4-2
HER MAN IS A KEEPER, FLYING THERE TO WITNESS HIS GIRL GETTING THE BIGGEST TITLE OF HER CAREER
Fantastic 👏
Fabulous 👏👏....so delighted to see Boulter win
Congratulatulations Katie see you in Indian wells with this form, well too Marta you also played well your form is not bad.
Katie❤❤❤❤,i am so happy for you and your entourage, hard work pays off.❤❤❤❤❤
Such a promising young woman, hope she carries this momentum into Indian Wells if she is playing there
Dear WTA, it is now 2024, could we please have these videos uploaded to at least 1080p please? Yours sincerely, Andrea
Another rising star Congratulations Katie 🎉👍
So happy for Katie 🎉
Katie BOULTAH apparently reached the prime that's it some players just take more time
Exactly that, everybody has a different trajectory. Look at Laura Robson & Ons Jabeur.. they were both in the same age group as Juniors believe it or not, even though they both seem like they’re from different era’s. Laura was already top 25ish at 18.. Ons didn’t get there until 8 years ish. Now Ons has made multiple major finals and Laura’s retired. The journey doesn’t matter as long as you get there in the end haha 🙏🏻
Impressive!
Such strong play all week from Katie…so deserved after all the injuries that held her back.
Kuddos to Boulter, she played consistant the all tournament. Deserved win.
Katie is on fire! Congrats and best of luck at Indian Wells.
Bravissima Katie. Tu si che sai colpire forte la palla
2 amazing players, take a bow Katie👏👏
Happy for both Katie and Alex for winning their respective tournaments. Power couple on a high right now.
Not sure when the last time was when a couple won an ATP and WTA title in the same week. 😅
Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf both won the 1999 French Open after meeting at the 1992 Wimbledon, which they both won as well😊
Wow... Amazing ... Congratulations ... Katie Boulter ...🎉🎾🤩
La verdad que me alegro muchísimo que esta chica Boulter haya Ganado… porque hace mucho tiempo la actitud Kostyuk viene a peor tendrá sus motivos pero siempre uno es dueño de elegir su reacción frente a cualquier adversidad
BRAVO, Katie Boulter!! Great spirit, determination, good attitude. Love to see it especially from a Brit. Not a bad serve and forehand too! 👏🇬🇧👏
Well Boulter isn't as weak mentally as piece of trash Pegula. Boulter is way stronger mentally than Pegula. I don't know what Pegula is doing in top 5. She doesn't deserve to be in top 20 even.
Her serve is her weak point far to many double faults, 13 in this match.
@@doommonger7784 She doesn't usually make this many double faults. Her serve is actually her weapon. She has great serve and good return. Plus she is mentally very strong.
Congratulations Katie! 🥳🎉
Congratulations Katie Boulter on a great win in San Diego. Best wishes for Indian Wells.
Lucky in game, lucky in love for Katie 🥰
Way to go Katie - congratulations!!!
Of the 5 1/2 minute highlights, double faults took 3 minutes. They'd better find a way to show double faults more effectively.
Well done Katie! 👏👏👏
Well done Katie!
Saw the trophy presentation. Did San Diego not give out a surfboard to the winner this year?
Katie you are dope! 👍😊
Fantastic win by Katie Boulter 🇬🇧 - amazing win actually considering that she had to come from behind to do it. 💪
I predict that Katie 🇬🇧 will be a seeded player at Wimbledon this year. 🎾
The British No. 1 is very impressive. She looks like a top ten player right now. Congratulations to her 👏 I guess there was a big celebration with her boyfriend's victory in Mexico and is also playing at a high level.
He took the red eye to be there for her match.
A double fault is never a good highlight! I just forwarded to the end after that. Congrats Katie Boulter!
How much is the prize money for this tournament?
$760k
Марта молодец хороший финал как и турнир в целом провела💪
Tha win earns Boulter a new caree-high ranking -equalling Robson's career best ranking - at #27.
Amongst Brits this millennium, only Raducanu (10) and Konta (4) anre now ahead of her in that list.
This is the joint third biggest singles title by a Brit since 2000 after Raducanu (US Open - Grand Slam) and Konta (Miami - Premier Mandatory (equal to a 1000)). Konta also won a 500 in Sydney.
Konta also won a 500 at Stanford in 2016 beating Venus Williams in the final.
Congrats Katie! ❤🎉
Congrats to Boulter. Honestly I never thought she going to reach the final 👍😂
Would be nice to have more than a 720p option. ATP gets 1080p!
Why do you insist on showing the entire sequence on key double faults? A waste of higlight time which could be used for actual tennis.
Yeah, they often do this. It's infuriating.
Katie just waken up and unblock her forehand😂😂😂😂
The new world no.27. Well done Katie
Let’s go!!!! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Great win for Katie.
Congratulations Katie
Top 30 ranking. 💪💪
Congrats Katie!!!❤
Cool Katie 😎👏
❤❤❤
Fyi, San Diego is part of WTA 500.
Well done Katie!!
After playing midnight match, Alex took 6 AM flight to see his GF today 😊 wow, devoted boyfriend 🎉🎉🎉 congrats both of you for this amazing week
Proud of Katie
Boulter is Vekic's twin 😁
Couple Champion
BOULTER camon let’s gooy vamos
Marta Kostyuk could have played better. She wasn't as aggressive as she was against Pegula and that gave to Boulter a chance to win which she used.
Вот это да ...если бы сказали что Бултер выиграет этот турнир не поверил бы...и главное несколько часов назад и возлюбленный выиграл турнир,который не должен был выигрывать по всей видимости...теперь они уедут на наделю в круиз влюблённых!))
Little darling is Katie...........inside out forehand the weapon!
