@@angelaabergas I kind of understand them. The phillipine way is 180 degrees the Japanese way. They are opposites. Also lots of poverty in the phillipines and the Japanese don’t like seeing poverty, they hide it. I really liked the phillipines but I did not really enjoy my stay there too much. Have to walk very cautiously as a foreigner in certain parts or could easily end up loosing lots of money.

I don’t like curry either so no worries. I have specific dietary wants. Primarily oven broiled or fried fish or chicken. I know when I go to japan I will have difficulty with the food. Also tubulars like potatoe, sweet potatoe, apio, yuca and yuca. Especially with sautéed olive oil and red onion.
