A bunch of rock/pop super-gods got together as friends, leaving their egos outside the door, to have some musical fun! The whole album is a little gem, in similar vein. Nothing too serious, but every track packed full of personality.
If you need a reference for who Roy Orbison was, the most recognizable song for you would probably be the original "Pretty Woman". His was the voice with the strong vibrato.
A wonderful video that should have been a celebration but instead turned into a eulogy. Sad that Orbison passed right beforehand. Their two released albums were HUGE.
You should react to that first song Handle With Care. Roy Orbison was alive and kicking during the video. Roy orbison's voice was so good one of the best singers ever, no one really wanted to follow him on this song!
George Harrison put this together and along with Petty got everyone else to come along. Dylan didn't write this and was just another singer, certainly not the best one... Harrison and Lynde and Petty all better singers.
Roy Orbison was the strong vibrato voice mid-song. He and Bob Dylan had such unique voices.
Roy Orbison died before this video was filmed, so he was represented by his guitar in a rocking chair and a framed picture of him during his verse

Yeah, this was a pretty cool song. It's not the most complex song ever but it's catchy and the vocals are great.
such a special collaboration...another one that's very cool to see you react to for the first time
