Thanks for posting this - I just got back to playing. Regulus is my first carry but all the guides and websites list her a sub DPS. Is Tooth Fairy required to make Regulus as strong as yours?
Heya! I haven't played in a few months, but Tooth Fairy is really good with Regulus, but not needed. You can get away with using Twins or Sonetto, Regulus, and any healer really. :)

Is P0 regulus worth investing in?
Yeah! She is very strong! If you already have Charlie or Lilya leveled you can also use them instead. All are good ^^

A lot of them are pretty good and are cheap to invest in & effective! Twins and La Source I use all the time haha.
