Do they not allow chains as a policy? It's nice not to see Starbucks and Subway sandwiches everywhere and see so many mom and pop operations.
I have not seen or read anything where there are restrictions but yes, it is great to have a lot of smaller locally owned companies
Although Agave Bandido, Deep Lagoon seafood, and Osteria 500 all have other locations in this area
@@941LifestyleGroup Yeah maybe no national or global chains except by board approval (but god help them when they approve Starbucks lol). Anyway, must be state or regional only. I definitely like that.
