Hi guys, in this video i will show you how you can use your phone camera to make an aesthetic & cinematic video. I will show you how to prepare myself before shooting, what equipment you need to shoot aesthetic videos, and what's the secret & technique i use to shoot a good aesthetic & cinematic video (my own way). How do i choose the colors in the frame, etc. I'm totally inspired by my favorite TH-camr @해그린달 haegreendal she's amazing and far more better and perfect, i'm still learning everyday to make a better video like she does. Thank you for inspiring me :)
I cooked a very simple dish in this video. it's a spicy soup with fish, tomato, and chayote, one menu but you will get all of the nutrition you need. at the begining, all scenes were shot by Sony A7Sii to show you the behind the scenes. starts from minutes 09:55, all scenes were shot by Apple iPhone X.

Nice job. May I suggest another tip: when choosing music refrain from using tunes with lyrics if there are a lot of subtitles. Because it’s difficult to read subtitles while hearing singing if they are in the same language. Otherwise the viewer has to turn the sound off to watch & read, which negates having aesthetic music.

watching this a year later so settings may have updated.. All i had to do was turn off the closed captions and boom no music subtitles and was able to read her captions only

if you have an iphone, you can get an iphone USB and record onto that instead of using your phone storage
If you're using an iphone, you can purchase additional icloud storage to optimize your phone storage. If you're using an android phone or any other phone, just purchase a memory card for extra space :)
Tip: when you use things that make a lot of noise (like the mixer) try turning the volume down so it's not uncomfortable for the viewer

A good mood to shoot is absolutely essential! I don't even attempt to film if I'm not feeling up to it. I know I won't be at my creative best and will not be happy with the footage afterwards 👍🏾
Thank you for this video and explaining all the process. Because it seemed so easy when it’s done by others, but so complicated when you do this by your own. Especially when you don’t get the result that you was expecting. And started to think that it’s something wrong with you. But your video shows that it’s not just usual cooking, you need to prepare the space, and it takes much more time than actual cooking process. Thank you so much!

I love how relatable this video was.
You managed to showcase a sponsor product, film a cooking video, teach how to film a cooking video, and created an aesthetic video all in 15min.
While filming for my coffee channel I would give up in tears after 3hrs of shooting what seemed like mediocre content.
I love Haegreendal and how calming her videos but my filming experiences were filled with tears, anxiety and sadness. I can't thank you enough for how honest, relatable and motivational this video was
LESSONS LEARNT:
6:23 - It's hard, Learn to rest not give up.
9:08 - It's normal to go bald from pulling my hair out trying to find copyright free music on TH-cam for hours and days.
15:07 - Good equipment is only the icing, The cake is your creativity and passion. Start with whatever you have.
04:09 vs 12:30 - I will definitely invest in a camera. Phones work well but i prefer camera aesthetics.

thank you for this. I was always wondering how they shoot their cinematic videos because I always watch Hami Mommy vlogs and I actually like how calm it is that there is no need to talk a lot. Yet a lot of people are watching it even if they have to read the captions.
Smartphones It's easier to record Our Lives and Create more beautiful memories But the wide-angle lens clearly deforms objects close to the lens
