    Those one-arm hangs are a real demonstration of strength, and that crab stances is flawless.
    Those are things I have been working on for years with little progression.

    These are great M. I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago - rotator cuff from years of sport/surfing/ swimming. I’ve been working with a strength and conditioning coach and back in the water surfing. Will incorporate some of these exercises too. Cheers.

      seems like many of us in the same boat! Keep doing all your physio exercise every day and when you get back in the water, don’t overdo it - keep your sessions short and on the small days - use it to your advantage and slowly increase your paddle strength.. it’s a process brother..
      🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️💦🇦🇺🤙🏽 PRP treatment helped me 12 months after surgery too.. Sure Health if you’re in Aus.

    Aloha, I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery almost a year ago now (full repair). Still haven't been able to get back on a board. Super stoked to find your videos as great physio/pt is hard to come by here... Thank you!!! Also, what is the music on this video? I love it! Mahalo from Oahu

      Don't worry you're not alone. It'll get better, keep at it.

      Mate; I had the same surgery nearly 2 years ago… take it easy and keep up with the physio exercises you’ve been given.. I got back in the water about 16 months after surgery … just keep your sessions shorter and warm up.. good luck with it all.. 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️🏄‍♂️💦🇦🇺🤙🏽

    when she does the cobra pushups, her shoulders are getting closer to her ears which is precisely not recommended in yoga (the origins of this movement). Shoulders should go down and out so you don't force your neck! Interesting movements but need some additional recommendations as very strong people can get away with almost everything.

    what if you have a torn labrum causing posterior instability? passive hangs do not feel comfortable. does it make sense to do shoulder hanging in an active position? Shoulder shrug when hanging is especially dangerous/uncomfortable here

    ok but crossing your feet twists your hips...

    • @MichelleDrielsma
      @MichelleDrielsma  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If that is the case, either don't cross the feet or alternate each workout ;)
