This speech indicates that Dr. King was far more than how he is perceived today. The man said that his dream turned into a nightmare for the average black person in America. I wish I heard this speech when I learned about him in school.

Americans don’t like truth telling when the truth is hard to face or threatens their supremacy. 😔
The amount of privileged and wealthy individuals I’ve encountered recently who would rather dismiss _entire_ generations (millennials, gen Z kids) and entire races (black and/or brown and one mentioned American Indigenous people) as simply incompetence and lazy and “unwilling to do the hard thing” rather than consider that _maybe_ the current systems in place are not working is extremely troubling to me!
One man legitimately thought that it is much more probable that only lazy people are coming of age right now and ethnic minorities are just unwilling to work hard rather than the possibility that his perception of himself *might* be a little inflated. What the heck am I supposed to do with that?!
I fear for what the future brings, but I’m game to press on...

My favorite is “What is your life’s blueprint?” Check it out. Of course they are all great, just like “I have a dream.” I wish he was alive today to straighten out the racial mess that the DemocRATS have manufactured! But he would be called a white Supremacist like all the other greats: Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Larry Elder, Herman Cain, Tim Scott to name just a few of them. The Evil DemocRAT Party of Slavery have only changed their Rural Plantations to Urban Plantations and the new progressive white slave owners now run the BLM, MLB, NFL, and the NBA. The only difference is the slaves are paid now to be Bo Jangle dancers by their Massahs! So sad but being owned has its rewards! You can move into that mostly white community now and be accepted as “Almost Equal”!

High ideals spouted by Fidel and Lenin (oh and let's not leave out Joseph Stalen and Hitler) sound good in the moment but then comes the fruit -- Communism militantly denies God, fears freedom of the spirit of humanity, Naziism denies humanity to those who can be conveniently slandered and who cannot defend themselves.. @douglas carpenter Dr. King himself SAID that he did not support either party. And his dad was a LIBERAL Republican who helped persuade African Americans to vote for John Kennedy in 1960. But Dr. King himself decided not to endorse either John Kennedy or Richard Nixon. All you have to do is READ a book published by Clayborne Carson entitled THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.

B1, Black FBA people have no friends. Immigration hurt black FBA people while all immigrants benefitted. Immigrants as a group live in their own enclaves and don't even speak to black FBA people in most cases. Roland Martin, Joy Reid, Obama, Kamala Harris, Angela Rye, Stephen A. Smith, Candice Owens, Shelia Jackson Lee, and Ava Duvenay are all immigrants who hates black FBA people. They are all traitors to the black FBA community plus they are willful collaborators with white supremacy to undermine black FBA people. Again black FBA have no friends.

If you are referring to somehow a " decline " in moral and humanitarian values in current times then you must believe that a society that once thought it fine to own humans , and to rape , murder , torture, and oppress them , as having higher morals and humanitarian values than today people . A time when society practiced lynchings , Convict Leasing , and Red lining , to you is the " good old days " when people cared for one another 🤔.
Yes , there are still many social problems but nothing compared to the monsters of the past .

The words he spoke were true then and true now. We must value ourselves first; see ourselves as God sees us; children of the Almighty God. I believe in God and Jesus Christ our Lord and Redeemer.

The Most High said his heart is deep and no one can understand him because the Most High made him that way.Who can make straight that he has made crooked? We must turn back to our power and cry out to our Father and keep his Commandments. All praise's to the Most High

@James Gray He preached the Gospel, yes He did, but it seems as if you are negating the fact that his message was not only teaching repentance, but he taught love, equality and justice for all of mankind, and this white supremacist country that claimed to be s Christisn nation brutally fought him and other black people on every level, and murdered him as well.

Alot of people referred to him as the prophet. I really think he was. How wonderful he was able to leave us 🇺🇸 with his wisdom. It's hard to believe that 💯 what he said back then is much of what we are living 💯 now. When will we ever learn??

Dr. Claude Andersons intellectual output, reminds me of the brilliance that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr showcased, when he effortlessly, and publicly, exposed the oppressors systemic blueprint, used to enable blacks from collectively aquiring wealth, unfortunately, it's remains effective
