Tamang-tama nag install kami ngayon di pala basta2 ikabit lang dapat may compass din pala.
Hii Advent, yes all of our official installers has their compass to which they will be guided for proper position and degrees of satellite dish. Without compass or tracker, an installer might not be able to have a stable signal. Thank you

70 pataas dapat ang quality..LNB nka 4 O.clock..bka umabot pa yan ng 98-99%.Bsta nsa tamang align..yong iba ditto mga installer ang LNB nla ay nsa 6 O'clock/3 Oclck ..pra skin 4 Oclock xprience kolng sa tagal kng pag install dito sa sibugay..
Maari po bang maka set up po kahit walang remote control?

Cignal gamit ko papalitan ko sana ng gsat..need bang e adjust yung disc or diritso ng gagana yan pagkabit ng gsat box?
Sir Bon, Possible naman po na pagkakabit nyo po ng GSAT box ang inyong existing na satellite dish magakakaroon na po ito ng palabas. Pag hindi po, subukan lang po nilang magfactory reset para ma-scan ang mga transponder. Kailangan lang po ng at least 65% and up na signal quality at magakakaroon na po kayo ng viewing. Thank you! :)

Hi@@gaporenggang3684if that's the case. May 2 things na you have to check. First, is your signal quality under 50%? , if yes please call the nearest GSAT Technical expert near you and have your GSAT dish checked & re-aligned. You need at least 65%-70% for a stable quality. Secondly, if your quality is good and still experiencing same problem. Please also check your TV status. Thank you
Kung 43persen quality kukunti rin b makukuhang channels?
Hi Miguel, 43% quality can still detect all the GSAT channels but that quality is easy to be negatively affected by the cloudy weather.
Anu po mga steps para po maibalik sa dati yung mga channels?mula po nong lumipat kmi ng bahay,naging 35channels nlng po from 58channels.. nakailang default settings at rescan napo ako wala parin..

Hello po, GSAT user po kami. Meron pong problema ang dish namin hindi na po nakakasagap ng signal. Sira na po kasi ang white na nasa disg niya yung white po na nakatutok sa dish. Basag na po. Macoconsider na po ba itong sira na ang dish namin?

Hi Sir Danbirt, if you thought your LNB was damage you can buy a new LNB to the nearest GSAT store near you and you can still use your old GSAT dish. To assist you further you may call the nearest GSAT Technical expert at your area. Thank you

Good day! Signal interruption are due to weather condition or satellite dish positioning. Signal will automatically restore once the rain stops or weakens. For satellite position, is due to certain area where your satellite dish is positioned. Satellite dish should be attached in concrete area with good signal position and connection to avoid signal interruption. Contact your installer to assist any of your signal concern that is not related to weather. Thank you

Yes po, maaari po nila ilipat ang ang kanilang satellite dish sa ibang bahay. Siguraduhing tama ang pagkaka-install para may mapanuod. Pwede din po sila magpa-assist sa kanilang authorized dealer .Thank you!
