Kuldeep Singh Minimum time required for any solute/analyte to elute out from column. You can watch all videos for better understanding of chromatography in sequence.
Kuldeep Singh Yes It will be covered by 15th January. Whatever I'm uploading just listen that videos; and you can take a revision from Remington if required. Otherwise I will cover Chromatography as per GPAT. No need to worry.
At the beginning, 80 should be in mobile phase, stationary phase should have nothing yet, because analyte just enters the column.
I Understood Completely... very unique way sir thank u

What is the normal range for theoretical plates to decide whether they are acceptable or not?
Sir... Is short length column is better... How it is better describe plz
Sir please make video on green chemistry
why should we combine the two phases, to draw the peak?
Well explained sir..then how can one define HETP in simpler words..what this value is practically?
Looks like it does not appear on the blackboard
Increase the resolution of video in TH-cam video setting. Try in 720p or 1080p. White board and written material will be clearly visible.
Thank you
how can we increase the number of theoretical plates in practical.
Kindly reply
By increasing the plate length or by decreasing the partical size of stationary phase.
@@pkclasses100 How can we get to know the size of threotical plate, is there be any formula
