मैं तो सुमन कल्याणपुर जी की बहुत बड़ी प्रशंसक हूं। सुमन जी को जितनी शोहरत और प्रसिद्धि मिलनी चाहिए थी, वह उन्हें नहीं मिली, इस बात का बहुत अफसोस है। दो नामी गिरामी गायिकाओं को मंजूर नहीं था कि कोई और भी इंडस्ट्री में आकर अपनी जगह बना ले।
सुमन जी के कितने गाने हैं उनसे छीन लिए गए गंदी पॉलिटिक्स खेल कर।
लेकिन हम चाहने वालों के दिलों में सुमन जी आपका स्थान हमेशा ऊंचा रहेगा।
किसी पचड़े में न पड़ना, सुमन जी की जीत है ।
मैं इतने सालों से यह सारे गानो की आवाज लता दीदी के ही समझ रहा था थैंक्यू यूट्यूब इतने सालों के बाद भी मधुर आवाज गायिका सुमन कल्याणपुरकर जी के गाने उतने ही लोकप्रिय है मैं उन्हें थैंक्स कहना चाहता हूं गवर्नमेंट चाहे तो सुमन जी को आज भी पारितोषिक दे सकते हैं यह मेरी गुजारिश है

मैं एक दम पूरी तरह हैरान हु कि जिन गानों को मैं बचपन से सुनता आ रहा हु वे गाने लता मंगेशकर जी ने नहीं बल्कि सुमन जी ने गाए हैं। ऐसी मधुर आवाज़ को पूरी तरह न्याय नहीं मिला। सुमन जी को जानने वाले कम क्यों है ऐसा क्यों हुआ। आज सोशल मीडिया माध्यम से जानकारी मिली की सुमन नाम की भी कोई गायिका थी। मैं उनका धन्यवाद करना चाहता हु और ऐसी मधुर आवाज़ की मलिका को नमन है। वो जहा भी है परमात्मा उन्हें खुश रखे।

सुमनजी ने आखरी फिल्मी गीत 1981की नशीब फिल्म के लिए गाया था गीत के बोल है जिंदगी इम्तहान लेती है इसने कहा था कि वो अपने कैरियर 90 तक जारी रखना चाहती थी नशीब के बाद लव 86 और अलारखा जैसी फिल्मो में उसने गाया भी था लेकिन जब फिल्मे आई तो उसकी जगह कविता क्रिष्णमूर्ती से सुमनजी के गीत को डब करवा दिये क्युकी कविता हेमा मालिनी की कजीन थी बेवकूफ निर्माताओं और बॉलीवुड की गंदी राजनीति का खेल एसा ही चलता रहा यहाँ टेलेंट नहीं पोलिटिक्स चलता है जीनके कारण संगीत का स्तर गिरता गया आज के स्टेज प्रोग्राम में सुमनजी के गाने पर्फोर्म किये जाते हैं कविता के गाने कोई भी सिंगर नहीं गाते क्युकी ना तो वो महान गायिका है और ना तो उनकी आवाज में सुमनजी जैसी मधुरता है

I've been listening to all Suman ji Songs since my childhood thinking they are sung by Lata ji. Even in some cassettes that I purchased back in those days Lata ji Name written but not Suman Ji, this is very unfortunate. Not sure how many more people gave Credit to Lata ji while listening to Suman ji. Suman ji and Mohd.Rafi Sahab both deserve Bharat Ratna Award. Click "Like" if you on the same boat

Suman ji has been always one of my favorite singers. It's become like a curse for her to be a contemporary of Mangeshkars
sisters as they dominated the female singing in those days and the music directors didn't dare to take chance with new singers and thereby succumbed to their pressures.we the old generations knew her songs but the young generations don't. Really she deserved more than what she had.

I am sure 90% people thought these songs were sung by Lata Mangeshkar, me included. Amazing talent and a bit unfortunate to be a contemporary to Lata who tried to kill her career. By a pure talent like this could not be hidden. Extremely pathetic that even songs sung by her were attributed to Lata by the recording companies.. She deserves to be duly recognized and get the respect she truly deserves.

Yousuf khan, for getting life time achievement award that performer should work dedicatedly for life time and suman has taken exit after1980, her career is just for 25 years. Another thing, who understand music and keen ears can easily distinguish voice of lata and suman, lata works better in high notes than suman, lata's voice changed in each 15 years, and in specific period both voices perfectly match , i agree, suman is best singer no doubt. Lata voice before 1950 and after 1980 surely not match to suman voice
