Such a wonderful review!!! Thank you so very much! This was the funniest thing I've watched in a long time and really heartwarming, too. I'm so happy this collection spoke to you the way it did and I can only second what's been said in here many times that Avatar: the Last Airbender is an amazing show that's as relevant and powerful today as it was in 2005. If you can, you should watch it! Also, just to clarify: these palettes are like $3.20 per eyeshadow, so they're not he same formula as a $20 black-based multichrome. We have those, too (ours are $16.50), but they're not in these palettes because we wanted to price them affordably.
I am glad the multichromes are softer as it makes the palette more versatile and I can wear them to work. Great collab and glad you are restocking. I was at work when it was released but was able to pre-order for the next round. And yes, got the entire collection.
Lethal, again I want to thank you for making a collection that suits such a wide variety of age groups. I have never seen this show, yet may I suggest a future collaboration with a show I grew up with as a young child - via repeats. 'Kimba the White Lion!' It was the cutest little lion cub to exist and I still own a t-shirt I miraculously found that is imprinted with the first line from the theme song - "Who lives down in deepest darkest Africa.....?"🎶 The cutest picture of Kimba is emblazoned across the front. Just a thought for those of us of the slightly advanced years to look back on with precious memories. I had come down ill twice in six weeks with a migraine topper. I unfortunately slept through the midnight launch time in Australia. When I did remember at 0635hrs, the entire Collection was gone and on pre-order. I've ordered the four palettes and added a eye-liner duo, yet I'd love so much more. Please, can you keep this pre-order window open as long as you can. You didn't make this Collection available at Beserk, so I only have yourselves to order from. I personally believe that you are head and shoulders above all others I've tried when it comes to shadows, which is why I own them all, apart from a rare few from the past. Your Pure Metals blew my mind and when you brought out the Holographic Pure Metals, I didn't think it possible to be this so advanced above everyone else. I could go on and on for the many reasons I love your brand but we'd be here forever! To think this love affair started with Berlin '89 which brought back many memories when watching this event occur. It looks great against my commemorative Beerstein that has a piece of the Berlin Wall sitting atop. Always staying Lethal.🇦🇺💖👩🏼🎨
@@carla3693It is on pre-order currently and has been since selling out at a record pace. I was only about 6½hrs late from launch time and every single product was gone. The pre-order was being displayed immediately. Go for your life and enjoy!💖
Appa is a sky bison and I'd protect him with my life 💜 As someone who was a full adult watching this cartoon, I can't support financially but my moral support is infinite
I am a hugefan of the Avatar: The Last Airbender show, and I cannot tell you how well Lethal Cosmetics served the fan base so well with these products. (I think you’d enjoy the show too, it’s really fun.)
I should add that I watched it as an adult with my kids and spouse, and we all enjoyed that show. There are really good character arcs, and the villains are as interesting as the good guys (and those lines shift and move too).
The bag is Appa, a 6 legged air bison that flies. The little charm is Momo, a flying lemur. Both are Aang's (The Avatar) animal companions. Aang is basically the Dali Lama in this fictional world & with each reincarnation he/she is born into a diff tribe or Nation, Water, Earth, Air & Fire are The Nations & within those nations are Benders, people who are skilled at manipulating whatever element represents their nation. The Fire Nation basically tries to take over everything & does a genocide on Aang's people the Earth Nomads. Aang ends up frozen for a hundred years & found later by 2 kids of the Northern Water Tribe. Aang must master all four elements while evading the Fire Nation with his new friends. That's basically the show & it is one of my absolute fave animated tv shows. It's so good. Anyway, it looks like Lethal did a good job on the collection. Each palette represents a character from each element & the shades chosen totally work since they were based on the costume of the character. Kitara wore all blue, Toph wore browns & greens, etc.
Lethal killed this collection. They were perfect for this collab cause they fit the earthy cosmic vibe of the series. I will be picking up the water liners. The bag is epic. You look so pretty in this green. Lethals shadow formula is so good
I've literally been refreshing my "Subscriptions" page so many times today waiting for someone to post a video on this collection - thank you thank you thank you!! I am so excited about that Fire palette, and if I had the money right now, I absolutely would be getting several more items!
Lol omg, your rage over becoming a plain Anne reminded me of me. Like, I dunno 6 months ago, I was doing way less colourful looks, and then did a proper old style colourful one and my 17yo child was like, omg thank god, you're back, you've been neutral for too long and it was weird.
I've never watched Avatar but the quality of these products is so high that I'm tempted anyway. And that's what a makeup IP collab should be doing - grabbing people who don't know it or have no strong feelings about it, as opposed to hoping people buy based solely on nostalgia. I will say I wish the Water palette was a bit less monochrome because it has the prettiest multichrome of the bunch but I have a lot of blue already. Air is tempting me for endless possibilities, though, as are the eyeliner packs. Also, my first time watching your videos but I love your humour and warmth. It was really fun to watch.
The colors are true to the show and I love how each element has their own story not jumbled all together. I def want to get the air palette and the highlighter!!
Also, it's such a good show, you should really watch it. The cartoon/anime, I mean. The Netflix one is okay, and the movie does not exist (there is no movie in Ba Sing Se)
Quite honestly one of the best, if not THE BEST, collections I've seen come out in a couple years. You can really see the love and passion that went into this collection. They got it right!
The show still hits for adults AND Lethal respected the media and that came through in this collab. It is giving Loewe X Studio Gibli collabs, which is S tier. I also appreciate that even not knowing the show Theresa is still able to recognize the joy of the show through the collab.
OMG the detail! Momo as the zipper pull! The lining! The shade names! Love it all! (And the cabbage reference is the running gag of the cabbage merchant who keeps getting his cabbages destroyed when tbe heros are around 😅)
Dude. DUDE. You need to make makeup bags as merch! We need that spaceship. We need a remote control brush bag where every button brings you to the garbage station. How do we help you make it happen?
As a big Avatar fan (both ATLA and TLOK) I'm really excited to see this collection hold so true to the show and the characters. The way the multichromes are all past Avatars. The fact that Sokka was finally included properly (looking at you CPop). The way Lethal talked about Team Azula and Uncle Iroh. And that Appa bag and Momo zip thingy. I'm really happy. Makes me excited for a potential Korra collaboration 👀 Too bad I'm livr in Brazil with horrid taxes on imported goods 💀
The makeup bag is Appa, a flying bison and the little animal on the bag is Momo, a flying lemur. This new launch is very good and as an ATLA fan, I fully approve.
I watched the Last Airbender as an adult - just 3-4 years ago when it landed on Netflix. It's not (only) a kids show, it's just a good show with quality animation and storytelling. So listen to your elders (me) and take the time to watch it, it's worth it 😁
Hello Teresa, I hope you have a happy memorial day weekend. I went over to wicked widow to order the wicked widows crow pallet and I seen your beautiful face there and they were so happy that you gave them a good review on their pallets. Lethal Cosmetics always does an amazing job with their eyeshadows.
I made my order today and used your code. Thanks for the great review! Note: when I started my order on PC, the discount code field never appeared (only works on non-Avatar items). So then I restarted on my phone and the field appeared. Also, if any item is pre-order, your whole order will ship out w the pre-order item.
It's actually lovely to see someone who's completely unfamiliar with the series to review it and also be SO EXCITED about how cute everything is 🫣🥺 THE GOBLIN 😂😂😂
I bought 5 of those mascaras from Lethal because of you! I'm not sorry. That makeup bag is so cute. I was debating ordering some singles from Lethal but I shall now wait for this collection. I just love Lethal.
I actually love that you don’t have any vested interest in the IP. I feel like it lets makeup be makeup without the emotional entanglements, and I loved how balanced this review was. The palettes have definitely been making me want to play with color again, so I might just take the plunge after this.
Lethal Cosmetics never disappoints and this collection is spot on gorgeous. I'm not a fan of the Last Airbender but this collection just gets everything right about the colour stories. Sadly I can't order them because I will have my knee replacement operation exactly on the day the collection is launched. I think this will be sold out pretty fast. 😭 Theresa, your green eyeshadow look is wonderful.
Theresa, I thought of the greatest make-up bag for your second release - the Jupiter II from Lost in Space (the series). Unfortunately, your second collab didn't make it to Australia and I missed out on what I call your 'bacon blush'. Luckily, the palette was re-released by Lethal and thankfully purchased that and your other blush and the green highlighter. Sorry, but I already had white, yet a perfect choice. I've never seen this particular Avatar series which means nothing to me either. The only time Avatar relates to me is from the James Cameron movie! What interested me was the entire Collection for the quality of the products and that they suit so many age groups. I've often congratulate Lethal for making their products universally age appropriate. I own every palette and single eye-shadow that Lethal has created except for a very rare few that were limited and never came to Australia and the Jolina Palette. I'm going to become a hoarder if Lethal release anything else in the near future. I still haven't truly gotten stuck into many palettes due to the rate they are coming out. The Pure Metals and Holographic Pure Metals blew me away! They really did excite me and their multichromes continue to. The last palette that was released with the four Multichromes and five Holographic Pure Metals was something else in my view anyway. I've never had any issue with fall-out from Lethal's shadows. I do tend to add a Pat McGrath Intensifeyes prior to laying down a shimmer etc., but really when only going out. They actually stay put on me. I'm still waiting for an eye-liner that doesn't budge from the water-line. The Gel Liner didn't work for me, yet does on the eye-lid. I missed out on the midnight (witching hour) release for the Avatar Collection due to being ill twice with a migraine to top it off. When I did awake at 0635hrs, the entire Collection had sold out and the pre-order was posted. So disappointed. I ordered the four palettes and the blue duo liners. I simply couldn't afford anything else, especially as my Electricity Bill dropped that day. I dearly would like two more of the liners, the highlighter, gel flakes and even the lipsticks. I just hope Lethal will make enough stock to make this possible. Although I feel like death warmed up, (only slightly), you continue to make me laugh. No, you are not becoming boring with age or else you wouldn't dare go near these shades you apply with delight. I watch others of a similiar age hardly let their brush touch the shadow and then 'apply' to the lid as if they're afraid of hurting the brush. Now, that's when you need to start worrying. I'm a rather young 50+ and hope to continue to wear beautiful shades, although whilst not looking as mutton dressed as lamb. That's not a good look. Yes, I will wear neutrals and thoroughly enjoy them, yet my favourite colour story just has to be ND's Xenon - my 'dream palette'. Forget everyone else and continue to wear whatever you like! Keep up thenlaughs, Kris.🇦🇺👩🏼🎨💖
i LOVE how she s so honest about not knowing what this is about and doesnt pretend to know something just to appeal to the fandom. and i found it so funny how she unknowingly made an Appa pun. perfect video that respects everyone *cough* AOT and another utuber *cough*. and yes, the Collection makes super sense! they really did the Cartoon justice.
The colours are definitely in the spirit of the show and I'll be picking up the liner bundle for her birthday which is at the end of June. I would love to also get the palette bundle and I'm hoping that will not sell out because I would pick that up for Yule for her.
They did so well with this collection! I have enough eyeshadow but I’ll see if I can get some of those eyeliners - they look so much fun and I prefer liquid to pot eyeliner.
I don't usually go for accessories in collections but for this I had to get the Appa makeup bag. He's the sweetest sky bison of the world and I love him, and I love that we get Momo (the lemur) on the zipper pull. I hope I can get one of the palettes in the restock, but for now I got two liner sets, the gel and the Appa bag
Highly recommend watching this show!! It's great for adults as well!! If I could afford it I'd buy the whole collection, it's so dang good omg... But I think I will allow myself one thing and that's gonna be the bag 😍 Btw that's Appa, a six-legged flying bison and the zipper charm is Momo, a flying Lemur 💜 Thanks for giving us such a great detailed review, Theresa and oh my your shirt!! It's adorable where did you get it from? 😍
I don't know if you've ever tried it, but terramycin is an eye cream that can REALLY help your eyes be much less teary and stop you from crying off your makeup 👌😊 You gotta put it in, roll it into your eyeballs for a bit, then wipe excess (it is a bit greasy so makeup won't cling to any that leaks out your eye) But it has saved my eyeballs from -26° freezer tears AND hot dry ass summer desert eyes 👀 Hope that helps!
As soon as I saw the reveal and they showed the makeup bag, I thought of you! ❤ It is a beautiful collection. I might break down and make my 1st Lethal purchase.
I am a major Avatar fan and this is so spot on, even down to the cabbage reference. And…it is soooooo pretty. I am going to be getting up at 6 to make sure I get this.
I'm so excited by this. I've been holding off on buying makeup this year, like really waiting for something to hit just right. CP Pokemon did that a little just coz it's such a big part of my life and history, but this. Oohh, not only is it nostalgia, and my kids love it, it looks WELL DONE! packaging, quality, colour stories, the fucking eyeliners, yes all boxes ticked, worth forking out the hundreds of dollars for it. Only things I'm NOT buying are the lips (have enough), the sponge (wouldn't use that shape), and bag (just wouldn't use it and yes that fabric will get manky).
While I’m an old lady (much older than you are) and am a basic bitch shadow aficionado, I’m not dead yet and go as far as adding splashes of color, shimmer, etc.. This is a little out of my comfort zone, but I appreciate what Lethal did and I love the looks you created. Also, I was happy to see the red panda shirt again - I love red pandas and saw them years ago at the Central Park Zoo, where we purchased a stuffed, plushie one for our daughter (and ourselves).
Avatar is one of my all time favorite series and they did an amazing job with this collection. I like how they highlighted characters in the show that aren't always included (Cabbage vender, Iroh, etc) Have never tried Lethal and am really tempted with this.
This collection is so on point for the avatar series and every shade in the palettes has a place and a meaning and fits... they thought so much about this collab I am amazed by it. The floofy bag creature is called Appa hes a flying bizon that they use for transport and is the main characters friend and the "goblin" on the zipper is Momo ^..^ Please please watch the series its not for kids its super deep and has amazing worldbuilding its gets dark and all. Its why ppl were not happy with any of the live action adaptations cause they dont get the series right in its nuances. I am sure it will be a nice thing to put on and just relax to it for bits in the day the episodes are not long and maybe you will even uncover the mystery of the cabbage sponge ^..^ Thank you for this amazing exhausting review you realy showed everything you could. Im happy you found back your love for colours with this collection ❤
This is the first in a loooooong ass time that I've been excited for an entire collection, especially one based on an IP. Lethal absolutely killed it, and the prospect of this becoming the standard is really exciting.
The makeup bag and the cabbage 🥬 sponge are iconic. The palettes are awesome and I’m almost as excited as Theresa is because cabbages are super cute 🥬🗑️ I adore your review and editorial.
This show was not on when I was watching. I only know the cabbage reference because of Baldur's Gate 3 has a cabbage seller reference that I learned about on TH-cam. 😂 Love Lethal still. Still have both your palettes. ❤
i’ve been waiting for this video alll day! im so excited for this collection. i highly recommend you watch the show i think you would like it i know angie and her husband watched it and really enjoyed it
I'm less than a minute in but have to say.. you look beautiful with your hair pulled back! I always wanted to wear my hair that way, but i just look ridiculous 🙄 You look beautiful! ❤
I’m very happy that these are very affordablecause dangit I just bought the Byredo palette (I was searching SO hard for your review- is it gone?) cause I was trying to remember what you said!! But might have to stretch my budget for this. It’s not like my partner goes to sleep every night watching avatar 😅 and that we have a 3’ appa who lives on our couch. I don’t regret my byredo purchase cause I like the subtle “I’m gonna go visit my mum” but the earth palette is calling my name ;-; !! Also as a massive fan of the show they did everything SO spot on
As a fan this is the best IP collab I've seen. The attention to detail, the hints to certain parts of the show, including the main characters, etc. I could go on. This is so well done that I'm leaning towards buying the whole collection. It would be my first Lethal purchase, but I want to show support to a brand who actually pays attention when dealing with IP collabs. I was eagerly waiting for your video today! Glad everything is just as beautiful as the release video.
This collection is really better Colourpop's. I hope, I buy it. Not sure Lethal has shipping to my country. Literally, I love the Fire palette. I'm a show fan😁 When I saw that collection, I was very excited and your review is the first one I watched. 😄 Thanks.
My kids used to watch Avatar so I recognize the makeup bag character and the zipper pull character but God forbid I remember the name. Lol I am lucky I remember my KIDS' names! I love your reviews always!!! IT does look adorable but not for me. Looks very well thought out.

That would be amazing!
Yes!
That is an awesome idea!
Theresa is unknowingly wearing a shirt with Pabu which is very appropriate for the review of this beautiful collection😂❤
They are probably supposed to just be red pandas, but same, same. I love it.

They did an excellent job honoring the show. You should watch it, it's good. I watched it as an adult.
Setting my alarm for this collection. If Theresa gets another collab in the future we need a makeup bag! ❤
YAAS! Great suggestion. 🌺🌞
Yes please!!
Lethal killed this collection. They were perfect for this collab cause they fit the earthy cosmic vibe of the series. I will be picking up the water liners. The bag is epic. You look so pretty in this green. Lethals shadow formula is so good
Their design team + packaging design team deserves an award. Also you saying the water palette pairs beautifully with the Sokka gel 🥺 Water Tribe! 🌊

Wow you created so many different eye looks! Thank you for all that hard work! TFS! 💜
i LOVE how she s so honest about not knowing what this is about and doesnt pretend to know something just to appeal to the fandom. and i found it so funny how she unknowingly made an Appa pun. perfect video that respects everyone *cough* AOT and another utuber *cough*. and yes, the Collection makes super sense! they really did the Cartoon justice.
I neeeeeed this collection….all the collection. I looooooove Avatar Aang… this is gorgeous!!!! You must watch the series. ❤❤❤❤❤
I love the last air bender, and our cat is named Kyoshi after the aviator, making the earth palette a for sure! Great review as always! ❤
I was gonna grab just the one pair of liners. But that shimmery red looks so amazing on you. I need it👹
Not the random existential dread at the end due to color wahahahahaa but gosh, relatable
Highly recommend watching this show!! It's great for adults as well!! If I could afford it I'd buy the whole collection, it's so dang good omg... But I think I will allow myself one thing and that's gonna be the bag 😍 Btw that's Appa, a six-legged flying bison and the zipper charm is Momo, a flying Lemur 💜
Thanks for giving us such a great detailed review, Theresa and oh my your shirt!! It's adorable where did you get it from? 😍
I need those hair clips!
my fav beautytuber talking about my fav colab this year ahhhhhh 🎉
I don't know if you've ever tried it, but terramycin is an eye cream that can REALLY help your eyes be much less teary and stop you from crying off your makeup 👌😊
You gotta put it in, roll it into your eyeballs for a bit, then wipe excess (it is a bit greasy so makeup won't cling to any that leaks out your eye)
But it has saved my eyeballs from -26° freezer tears AND hot dry ass summer desert eyes 👀
Hope that helps!
The bag is one of the characters his name is appa he is a flying sky bison, and the "noid" looking character is momo.
Only things I'm NOT buying are the lips (have enough), the sponge (wouldn't use that shape), and bag (just wouldn't use it and yes that fabric will get manky).
this is definitely going to one of my purchases once that pay cheque hits
You totally need to do a makeup bag collab with some company where you design four or five Theresa is Dead themed bags. I would love that!
Oooooo, maybe this is my first lethal buy, loved this show, turning 52 in a few weeks so wasn’t “my time” but love a good toon.
I think you’d like the show a lot, if you find the time to watch it! Lethal did a fabulous job with all of it. Thanks for your review ❤️
I'm 36 and just watched through the Avatar series. Highly recommend, holds up brilliantly as an adult.
I NEEEEED that Appa bag x
Lethal Cosmetics absolutely killed this collab- from the product to the packaging to what they named things, 10/10
I haven't watched your videos in a while and you randomly popped up for me on my home page. Let me say.. YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!! Wow wow wow
I always love seeing you wear that adorable shirt! 😍💜💜
Theresa you are to much. I always love the way you make us laugh, and still being honest. 😂😂
Love that your gorgeous eyes match your nails!
Avatar is one of my all time favorite series and they did an amazing job with this collection. I like how they highlighted characters in the show that aren't always included (Cabbage vender, Iroh, etc) Have never tried Lethal and am really tempted with this.
I don't know if those are raccoons or red pandas or what, but I love your shirt. And you were a pro with the liquid liner.
I watched Avatar for the first time at the ripe age of 28 lol it’s incredible. Theresa would absolutely LOVE Toph
This collection is so on point for the avatar series and every shade in the palettes has a place and a meaning and fits... they thought so much about this collab I am amazed by it. The floofy bag creature is called Appa hes a flying bizon that they use for transport and is the main characters friend and the "goblin" on the zipper is Momo ^..^
Please please watch the series its not for kids its super deep and has amazing worldbuilding its gets dark and all. Its why ppl were not happy with any of the live action adaptations cause they dont get the series right in its nuances. I am sure it will be a nice thing to put on and just relax to it for bits in the day the episodes are not long and maybe you will even uncover the mystery of the cabbage sponge ^..^
Thank you for this amazing exhausting review you realy showed everything you could. Im happy you found back your love for colours with this collection ❤
You can wash shepra bag with cheap hair conditioner to keep it untangled and soft.
yesssss, i was hoping you’d post this collection!!!
Me toooooo. I was like … until TID doesn’t review this I am not making any life or death decisions.
@@marlenegomes4008same girl, same!!!
This is the first in a loooooong ass time that I've been excited for an entire collection, especially one based on an IP. Lethal absolutely killed it, and the prospect of this becoming the standard is really exciting.
I'm so happy for my Appa bag. I missed the compact by Colourpop, but this is way cuter and not much more in price.
😍😍 Ya girl ain't into color, but after seeing the Earth palette..I feel ready to be less picky lol
I have not been excited for makeup in literal ages but THIS… the vibes are immaculate ❤
Love Lethal still. Still have both your palettes. ❤
This is a great review! I feel like I haven’t seen you this excited in a while! So happy to see you excited about a new release! 💕💕💕💕
Oh I want that makeupbag. He is so cute.
Best collab ever. Yes that’s what you do when you get older. You just get excited for a good sale at the grocery store
A three way with a couple you met at Costco! I literally almost peed myself!!!
Lethal really nailed this one. Such a beautiful collection.
I am planning to buy the entire collection.
Those paw paw sponges are the only ones I use for the past couple years and the price is right for me to lose them all for no reason
i’ve been waiting for this video alll day! im so excited for this collection. i highly recommend you watch the show i think you would like it i know angie and her husband watched it and really enjoyed it
Appa the Air Bison is the bag, and Momo the Winged Lemur is on the zipper pull.
I will not settle for neutrals!!! I will ALWAYS maintain my sense of color!!💚🩵💜💙🩷
Love the new format! Fun to hear your feedback and see so many options for looks. Thank you ❤❤❤❤
This collection is really better Colourpop's.
Theresa!! I'm not exaggerating when I say Avatar is legit one of the best animated shows ever made, and I feel like you would love it
